The company responded well to the initial call and I was told an estimate it would require the excavator and the job would be $2700. It was decided that it could be hand dug and the hole took a short amount of time and they changed a small fitting and refilled the hole. The estimate of $2700 remained even though the excavator was not used. The crew arrived at 9 am and spent most the morning in the truck. The additional helper did majority of the work where the other gentleman sat and in the truck. I was disappointed that the decision to change from excavator to hand dug was not communicated as I would have gladly dug the hole to save money. I called and talked to the company and they offered a 10% discount which is helpful.

The work on the job was completed with no issues but the price of the job regardless of the excavator or by hand was not communicated very well.

Jason c is the ultimate professional. On time plumbing provided same day service at a fair and reasonable price fixing the main sewer line and toilet. I will definitely refer to family, friends and neighbors. The so-called ""plumber"" that came out cut a hole in the ceiling to find a leak. He did not find it, and left the hole for me to have repaired. Told me i would now need yo remove linen cabinet to find leak. I did not, and sent him packing. Before repairing ceiling, I called a non-American Home Shield plumber who found the leak upstairs, and he did not need to open downstairs ceiling to find it, nor did any cabinetry need to be removed.

I had a busted pipe. The busted pipe was under the house in the crawl space. Initially the crawl space was full of water. I pumped out as much water as I could. Yet, there was still some water on the surface of the dirt floor in the crawl space. I first contracted with another plumbing company. They came out two or three times. They would not go into the crawl space. They didn't want to get wet and dirty. Finally, I fired the first plumber. That's when I called On Time Plumbing. They were out in 24 hours. The two plumbers assessed the problem. Got to work. Problem fixed in less than two hours. Yes they got wet and dirty and cold. But, being the professionals they were they got the job done. No excuses. The professionalism and emphatic approach was not only impressive. They cared about the people who had been without water for over three days. Finally, I have been working with this company for years. I have never had a bad experience. The job that exemplified this company's professionalism was the cold, wet, dirty crawl space job. I can't thank these guys enough. PS: The price they charged was extremely fair.

Terrible service. I used them through Home Shield (thats another terrible company) they never resolved my issue. We have 3 bathrooms and one was clogged the other 2 fine. The technician blamed it on roots. If it was a ""tree root"" problem none of the bathrooms would drain. He refused to do anything further because of ""roots""! NOT A GOOD COMPANY!!!! the 30 day garauntee is worthless.

If I could rate zero I certain would! I used On time Plumbing & Heating via my home warranty (American Home Shield) for a simple dripping faucet. The drip was minor (less than a table spoon during an 8 hour time frame); however, we are preparing to move and I wanted the drip stopped. The tech said we had sediment in the screen, so he cleaned and replaced the screen. The result...our water pressure was DRAMATICALLY reduced and the drip was SIGNIFICANTLY increased (a drinking glass was filled in three hours). When I called to have someone return to correct the issues I was told they could come between 8 and 4 two days out. No rush for their error and no apologies for their error. Needless to say, I contacted American Home Shield and informed them of the issue (they were less than helpful); however, I informed them that they should reconsider using this company. I may or may not be out my home warranty deductible for this visit, but I will get the problem On Time Plumbing created (and intensified) with a plumber I select!

Shame on you, On Time Plumbing & Heating for poor workmanship and poor customer service!!!

This company has HORRIBLE customer service and even worse communication skills. When we called to make an appointment they informed us that we needed to be available for a time window of 8am to 6pm on a Thursday. We have jobs, and can't just take a day off to sit around and wait for someone, but they REFUSED to give us a smaller window, and when we requested a later time were told they couldn't make any time requests. So on the day, we made arrangements for someone to be at our house all day. When I got off work at 5:30- STILL no one had called, made contact, or showed up. When we finally got a call from their plumber, he stated he was told NOT to come until later in the day, which, granted IS what we asked for, but were told wasn't possible. This is horrible communication, had we know they WERE able to put a note in our request, we could have saved someone from sitting around the house all day. When we called to address this, we received no help, and all they did was make excuses. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The cable company does not even give you such an open window for an appointment(between 8-5). Four thirty today after me reaching out twice, we were informed that the tech is still busy and now it will be after 5. Thanks for providing the customer service base, as in the lowest form. Still waiting-5:06 and no call from Jeremy-who ever that is?

I absolutely love On Time Plumbing & Heating. The plumbing division practically lives at my house. I was provided with a warranty when I purchased the house 3mo ago (thank goodness), and OTPH is contracted through the warranty co. So far, the plumbers have been at my house AT LEAST 5x's for various issues that keep arising. Because I have had so many issues, I have started replacing things (like my sump pump) before they break. Obviously replacing a sump pump ""just because"" is not covered under warranty but because I like the company (the 3 different plumbing technicians and the dispatch gal - Liz) so much, I choose to continue using them even when I don't have to. I have also used OTPH on my hvac unit (liked that tech too). The technicians are always super nice, resolve the issue on the first visit, keep me informed of what's going on, their visits are quick, and they're on time! Most recently, my garbage disposal started leaking, and I didn't notice until there was water on my basement floor. I was freaking out about mold. The tech told me to call my insurance co and have them send someone to inspect for mold. I would have never thought to do that. I highly recommend OTPH!
