Well every time I see this ad on tv On Time Experts just boils my blood. One year ago I called for $59.00 maintenance special. They showed looked at my system without completing the maintenance he said my motor was wearing out and he showed me and he cleaned the system and need to replaced so I said ok change it thinking this would take care of the problem but after he installed the new motor he comes and tells me the burners needs replacing because he said carbon monoxide was leaking so he said by law he would have to turn off the gas until I gotta it replaced, his prices was outrageous. I told I would shop around so he gives me a bill for the motor he installed and it was over $1000.00 what the hell is it made out of gold. I had to pay it and I was stuck a new motor. I end up replacing the whole unit I used a different company it was cheaper then using on time expert but Im stuck with a new $1000.00 motor, they would not let me return it back to them unless I used there company. So yeah I change the channel when they come on What great way to rip people off. Do your homework before using this company.

The problem that a TV commercial offers services that are not delivered.
The tech came in, saw my two ac units were 7 and 8 years old, disassembled the units, did not performed the tuned up nor cleaning up any part. instead try to sell me two new units. After I told him that I was not going to replace any part, he sat in his truck in front of the house for over two hours and reported he performed the services. He did not even put the covers back on the electrical units or the air handler. I had to pay someone else to put them back together.
THEY ARE A FRAUD AND THE COMMERCIALS NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM AIRING ON ANY TELEVISION NETWORK.

Looked at my AC unit for five minutes... Then gave me a hard sale trying to sell me a brand new one for 15,000... Stay away do not recommend WBAP should not be advertising these people

Horrible consistency and follow through.
First of all they have a 4 hour window of when they will show up for your appointment so you need to take off 4 hours of work.

Second they cancel their appointments on the same day even if you are members. No apologize or compensation or anything, just told us they moved our appointment to another day. Very difficult to work with even if you move everything around for them. Nothing "on time" about them.

I was a believer and happy enough with the first unit although there were some hiccups, but they were made right, that I called them to replace the second unit. Great through the sales and instillation. Upon inspection the unit was dead at approximately 8pm. All calls and pleas fell on def ears. As it was 97 degrees upstairs I asked if they were choking to comp us a hotel room. Yea not so much. The call taker said he really did t care it was that hot up stairs. Talked with someone else (approx 9 pm) who said I would get a call and a repair tech today. I asked today as before 12am and was told no today. I explained 12:01 am is tomorrow and was told it's today. 9:37 pm no calls, no repair, no a/c. I'm sad I recommended the company to family and friends. I will make apologies to them. I can not and am unable to recommend this company anymore. I apologize for the gaffs and misspells my fingers were so sweaty they were slipping off the keyboard.

I hired this company to fix a slab leak caused by a foundation repair. Unfortunately, I trusted what they alleged needed repair, things cannot bee seen.
They promised to show me photos and they lied, the only thing I received for the 6 hours work is an $8,000 bill for the work quoted nearly at half that by another plumbing company. Miserable experience

Called around 10 PM on a Sunday because they show to be open 24/7, and was told they would be there that night for an AC concern. 30 minutes later I call back since I hadn't heard anything from them and was told all they could do is reach back out to dispatch, and someone should call me back within 20 minutes. Needless to say I had a long sweaty attempt at sleeping that night because nobody ever even called to say they weren't coming out.

By far this company has been the best I have worked for. Being in the industry for almost 20 years never have I for a company that is so in tune with taking care of our customers as well as the employees.

We requested an estimate to replace an HVAC system (5 ton + 3 ton) and were horrified at the quote of just over $72,000 which was more than double the next highest quote for the exact same system. This was so egregious that the HVAC equipment manufacturer to discuss this and they were also concerned with the extreme markup.

Hopefully this was isolated but this was absolutely excessive! I would never recommend this company to anyone.
