Emily L.I'm not one to complain but I feel this is worthy of others knowing about. I called On Time Experts to diagnose a faucet that was sputtering. Yes, they were on time and came out next day, but after a 15 minute (quick) diagnosis, the expert recommended opening my wall both upstairs and downstairs to further access the issue and repair my pipes (home was built in 2004). Not to mention at a price tag of anywhere starting at $1,200 - $1,600 and 3/4 of that being for labor.
With this information I decided to search BBB for another Plumber and had him come out within hours to re-diagnose the issue. After 30 minutes, (and only $95 dollars) the cartridge in the faucet was cleaned and repaired. I highly recommend a 2nd opinion after dealing with this company.

I'm not one to complain much (see my limited reviews) but the very nice guy who came out to rescue my clogged sink was either criminally inept or just a criminal.
I had a kitchen sink that was clogged just enough that I couldn't deal with it (I thought - I'm new at this.) In short, the very nice guy who came by wound up charging me $600 to tell me the clog must be out near the sewer line under the street and they would need to dig up my lawn to unearth and replace it for about $4 Grand. I called for a second opinion.
The second guy came in, unclogged the bugger, and left withing 15 minutes for a total of $100 or $150 bucks (don't remember which- who cares at that point?!)
I called On Time to complain and got the run around over and over again.
On the plus side, they were on time.
