Arcadio gracefully came in to our rescue today, looked past the issue and pointed the real rootcause of our clogged drain , the stuck backflow flap. He then left me with tips to inspect and maintain the system and prevent future clogs. I highly recommend him for his service and professionalism.

I just wanted to thank On time drains Plumbing for sending me the best plumber in San Diego. He was so friendly, easy-going, very informative and explained what he was going to do in detail. I had a water leak coming up through the cracks of my pavement in the backyard. He did everything he could to find the leak. And when he could not definitely pinpoint it. They were great as a team and were able to locate the leak in less than an hour. He is such a hard worker and I know he enjoys his job and is really good with people. This leak was probably going on for almost a year and my water bills were sky high which was a mystery then, because I live alone now and I do not use a lot of water. But after today, my troubles are over. Arcadio was a Godsend. I thank God for all His Blessings. Arcadio was also considerate and honest and advised me on how to save money by having landscaper patch the leak vs high cost of what a plumbing company would charge. I am so ever grateful and appreciative for the expedient work performed by Arcadio and the new friendship I acquired.
