I met Sergio when he did an inspection on a home I was buying and when that home needed work I called to see if he could come out. He understood the problem right away, gave an estimate for the work, and was able to fix our problem quickly. In addition, he was friendly, knowledgeable about his trade, and efficient.

Sergio Peña did an outstanding job for us. He responded immediately to my call and arrived within 45 minutes! He discover the clog (which was our fault of course,lol!), determined the course of action and went to work. Sergio was very informative to us as he worked along and explaining everything. His work clean and efficient! And his rates was more than affordable.

He ended up having to Hydo-Flush our entire system but that was ok. Our system was 99.9% cleaned out! Sergio even discovered two possible shortfalls with two of the three toilets caused by the builder of our home which I will take up with them in a couple days!

I highly recommend Sergio of On The Way Plumbing for all your plumbing problems! This rating only allows 5 Stars but I would have given him 10 Stars if it were available!!!

I had a serious issue with an old cast iron drain pipe in a bathroom wall. On The Way Plumbing was the first to respond to my requests for quote. They were the only plumber willing to give me a rough cost estimate right away, even over email with a few photos. Communication was excellent. The work was executed quickly and professionally. The quality of work was high. Excellent service overall. No complaints. I highly recommend On The Way Plumbing. Sergio was great to work with.

My husband and I had the luck of having to replace all the sewer pipes in our house due to age and them collapsing. We had several companies out for an estimate. Sergio's estimate was the most reasonable and had the fastest turn around time. I am so grateful that we decided to go with Sergio. He was kind and professional. OTW plumbing is an excellent company. I had someone installed a new garbage disposal recently but somehow the connector between the left sink pipe and the disposal always slipped off so water dripped out and it was a mess. Then I decided to call OTW plumbing. Sergio was very polite and understood what I explained on the phone. He was able to check it out for me the same day between his service calls. He examined the sink pipes and noticed that the way the pipes installed were wrong and a lot of extra parts not needed. He was able to fix it and my sink has much more space underneath now and the pipes are all connected securely. They are also a modern company by accepting credit card and send email invoices. Oh and they wear special shoes cover so they will not bring dust into your home! I will definitely call this company again if there's any plumbing issue! Thanks Sergio and OTW team.

On the Way Plumbing should be called All the Way Plumbing because Sergio will do whatever is necessary to get the job done right and professionally. He communicated with me every step of the way on a multi-level job requiring that he contract part of the service out to an asphalt company. All portions of the job were done in a timely fashion and I knew that whatever information I needed, he would be glad to discuss and explain. Thanks Sergio.

we had a very old water heater that needed to be replaced, called Sergio at OTW Plumbing on a Friday and early Monday morning he was at the house replacing it. He did a great job(as he always does)gave us a good price and finished earlier than i expected. he is always friendly and professional, explains what he will be doing and why, he went over everything with me and called a day or two later to make sure that there were no problems.
OTW is always our first call for any plumbing needs or even just a question.

I had a leak in my wall and had to call them on an emergency basis. They were extremely nice and helpful on the phone, responded earlier than they said they could, and finished quickly. The plumber who came to the house was very pleasant and professional and it made an unpleasant plumbing issue a lot easier to deal with. Thanks guys!

My plumbing has been slow since I moved into my duplex 3 years ago. Sergio has come out twice. This time he found the pipes filled with a black sludge with he told my landlord was oil or grease and food. Because of that report I am now evicted from a home I rent and pay rent on time for 3 years. I was easily able to google this slime is caused by years of buildup. I have never poured anything into my drain. Thanks On The way plumbing for not knowing anything about plugs and causing me to lose my home. The previous tennant had the same issue and the blockages happened every few months. EDIT: The plumber is claiming I was already evicted and this is absolutely not ture. I was told they would not renew my lease based only on the ongoing frequent plumbing issues and Sergio claming I was 100% to blame. I have been at my present appartment since January-9 months) and have not had plumbing issues. Previously to this, I lived at my other duplex for 12 years without issues. I absolutely did not abuse or missuse the plumbing. My 0 star rating stands for Sergio getting me kicked out of a home I did not want to leave. Also, I wanted 9 days for On The Go to come out, twice. Also, the toilet flushed extremly slowly. A new one was put in, but they never took into consideration that the extremly weak flush worsened the problem

I talked to several different plumbers before I chose On The Way to re-pipe my home, but I knew in the first few minutes that Sergio was who I wanted to do the job. Not only was he polite and professional, but he was knowledgable & easy to talk to. He did the job they way I actually wanted it done (even though that meant working in a tight crawl space) and he was careful not to damage as much of my of my existing finishes as possible. He alerted us to existing problems other plumbers didn't even ask about. For the quality of his workmanship he provided us a very fair bid, & completed the work on time & on budget.

I simply won't call anyone else.
