Sadly, what started out as a quick shower cartridge replacement ended up as a total disaster with only the interior of the cartridge coming out and the rest cemented in the valve. Luckily Jon answered the phone and was able to come out in an hour. He was very professional and did a great job putting in a new shower valve. Since he was here, I added in replacing an outside hose bibb as well. He had lots of advice for what to do about other issues that might come up. Pricing he was about the same as everyone else. Would not hesitate using him again.

Our 50 year old toilet decided to quit working while we were stuck at home in the middle of a global pandemic. Jon at On the Spot Plumbing responded within minutes of me messaging him. He offered options for resolving the issue, was professional and efficient, and we had a new toilet installed within 3 1/2 hours of my first message to him. Couldn't have asked for better service. We used Jon at On The Spot Plumbing for our recent (& on-going) kitchen remodel. He responded quickly to my initial request to discuss the job, was able to provide an accurate estimate and completed the work exactly as discussed. He also replaced the leaky hose bib that my husband has been ""planning"" to fix for 7 years! Yay!

Jon will be back in a few weeks to rework the plumbing under the sink and install the dishwasher/garbage disposal/install-hot/faucet, etc.

In addition to the requested work, he made me aware of some original valves that were made of plastic and the lack of a dedicated shut-off for the dishwasher. There was no pressure or feeling that he was up-selling me. The cost for the work was nominal and I'm happy he pointed out these ""weak"" spots that may save us grief down the road.

Jon was efficient, very neat and explained the work prior to and after completion. He texted me his photo prior to arriving at my home and had his business card, with his photo on it, at the ready when I answered my door. Pricing was in-line for the work done.

I purposely hired a plumber that was a sole prop because this is not my first foray into a remodel. I want accountability and want to deal with the same person for each project - no passing of the buck! As a prior small business owner, I try to support local, small businesses wherever I can.

If you need a plumber ,this is the one to call. Not only did he come out to fix a broken shower, he also fixed my well spigot that I broke just before he got to the house. I ""HAD"" a leaky shower valve for awhile so I called a different plumbing company prior. The owner was nice but booked, the front office though rude. Looked up another and found On the Spot Plumbing and Heating - I'm very glad I did! Johnathan, who answered the phone and worked on the valve was very friendly, professional and QUICK! Prompt, on time, and finished as mentioned he would be. No more leak (stream) in my daughters shower! Johnathan and On the Spot Plumbing I shall be calling again to fix other plumbing concerns in my home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Johnathan and On the Spot Plumbing and Heating. Really, he's that good. More like On the Lam Plumbing...as in good luck ever hearing back from these clowns. They should advertise on the sides of milk cartons, only that would require effort. Three phone calls and an email generated no feedback. How does that business model work? Doesn't matter what their quality of work is like since you'll never get to experience it. Lame...
