As part of my Sears Home Warranty, referred to On The Spot plumbing to work on my water heater. They were quick enough to respond which was great however they never came to my house to inspect - diagnosed via two pictures I sent (told Sears they had come out and I was charged $100 for the service call). OTS Plumbing quoted me $2,200 for out of pocket expenses on some required modifications (to pass code) and the entire job would be $5,400. I got my plumber (976 reviews and 5 star Yelp rating) to quote the job with $965 for the same modifications and $3,050 for the entire job.

One the spot plumbing replace a broken sink for me. James and Travis where patient and very helpful. They did a great job also cleaned up after and looked great! They went above and beyond the call of of duty and I'd recommend them without hesitation! Thank you so much again guys!

OSTP came out on 11/11/21 to diagnose my plumbing issue. They collected $250 to cut a whole in my drywall and $60 service fee, then they never got back to me. I've attempted to contact them numerous times and finally today 12/6/21 called and spoke to the owner, James Michaels. He didn't seem to care that he never returned me calls to get costs and schedule, he just kept stating ""You know I'm busy"", well news flash he all are and I think I was extremely patient. And he refuses to return all or some of my money. This company is a scam, all the were interested in was in collecting my service fee and charge to cut a simple hole in drywall, they want easy money. Avoid this contractor or you'll be sorry.

The is one of the situations where I wish there is 0 stars.....

Got them through my home warranty company. I had a leak on my water pressure valve. I had checked before to check the cost. My original v alve was a 600xl listed for $150 at home depot. Otsp came, look at it and decided It needs to be replaced. The contacted home warranty which h agreed to pay for the part and let me pay for the labor. The tech took off to get the part an got a cheaper one (90 instead of 600xl). I looked at lowes and the part is $85....

It took him about 45 minutes to swap it. They charged me 4h and they charged $350 to the home warranty. That's a crazy scam...

Then ended up charging $670 to spent 45 minutes installing a $90 part.

Stay away at all cost.

They can't even do proper soldering, see attached picture
