They actually called On The Spot in Bernhards Bay for us and called to tell me that the owner Kris would call me in 10 minutes. Not only did he do that, but was at my house in 10 minutes, verified that it was indeed our water pump and went to purchase us a new one and come right back to install it. He was extremely friendly and a pleasure to do business with. We will be recommending them to everyone from here on out as well as use them ourselves if we ever have another issue. Best business I've dealt with in years.
