Best guys and service. I called yesterday because our water bill had sky rocketed. Tim called me back, and we chatted. Such a sweet man, he listened to our situation with kindness, and offered advice. Since we felt that he had located the problem over the phone, he still offered to come out to our home for a courtesy check of the water meter at no charge.

It's rare to find a company that really wants to offer the best service, for your benefit instead of their own. You can tell by Tim's caring nature that he is a stand up guy. I would refer this company to anyone looking to locate a leak in their home!

Called Tim at On the Spot on Saturday about a possible leak under the house. He came on Monday early and because the house is on a concrete slab with 2 layers of tile, it was very difficult to find the leak. After meticulous back and forth, Tim found a spot that he was pretty sure the leak was,in front of the kitchen sink. The plumber came and took out the 2 layers of tile and part of the slab but no leak. I called Tim and asked him to come back. He was there in a half hour. Without the tile and part of the slab he was able to pinpoint the leak right where he thought it was. The plumber came back, broke through the slab and had to clear out 3 inches of gravel before they found the leak. Without Tim they would not have been confident enough to keep digging. Tim went above and beyond to find the leak and I would highly recommend him.

I called this company because I had a 70 gallon per day leak in the irrigation system somewhere . They came out right away, found the problem in a faucet in a matter of minutes. Advised to replace the faucet and the leak would be resolved. They did not even charge me for the service as it only took a few minutes....wow! Thanks to Tim at On the Spot Leak Detection.

After a flood in my home, I called On the Spot and set up an appointment to try and find
out where the water was coming from. After the first Leak Detection company told me they could not find the leak and maybe it was a fluke, I was advised to call On the Spot. Tim
from On the Spot told me he couldn't be there for a few days. I set up an appointment
but was able to find another leak detection company who could come right. This company found a pipe had broken under the slab.I called Tim to cancel. He was so nice and happy that i had found the leak. He then took the time to talk with me and advise me of how to proceed and recommendations of what plumbers he had seen repipe homes.

This all started when we noticed some water running down the sidewalk from the stress cracks at the bottom of our driveway. I called the plumber out and they recommended getting a leak detection done first and then suggested ""On The Spot"". The Plumber actually called them for me and Jon came over later that day. I had to have the city come out and remove the meter as part of the process of finding the leak, so we set up another appointment for the following day. Jon was right on time and ready to go. He was able to narrow down the suspected area to about a 2 foot square. I did the work myself from there and the leak was exactly where he said it was. It was a PVC coupling that had a small split right down the middle and was spraying a fan of water out the side. It was in the main water supply line to the house. It was not a huge leak and not the easiest to find but he nailed it exactly where it was. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone who would need a leak detection done.
