Do NOT use this plumber..! He had quoted it would be a full 8 hr job for my 2 bathroom fixes but started at 2pm & didn't leave until about 7pm. After I paid him & thanked him, he began to go into politics, religion, & COVID being a ""hoax"". When my husband checked the work & wasn't satisfied (pics below) I asked for him to come & correct it & he told me to reschedule & that he would charge additionally. I told him it was obvious he did not follow the manual directions bc he was trying to lie out of his lazy work.

If you're looking for a knowledgeable, friendly and very professional plumber, call Ben. Not only does he do great work but he also provides the greatest customer service.
His latest job for us was working on our remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. This included coordinating with our tile contractor, new plumbing in our custom shower. With his extremely busy schedule he was able to squeeze us in after hours and on the weekend at no additional cost. He did a fantastic job!

Highly recommend. Friendly, arrived within the time window, took time to make sure I understood. I was told that I was going to need a new sewer line. Ben came out, asked what was going on, I explained. After listening to me, he said it really did not sound right and wanted to see what was going on himself. After looking at the line and taking the time to explain the pipe, Ben told me I do not need a new sewer line. There was nothing wrong. Ben just saved me 4500+, and lifted a big weight off my shoulders!! Thank you Ben

Finding an honest and competent plumber (or mechanic of any sort) is like finding a unicorn. Well, I found a one-horned horse here in Tucson.

I just moved into a new house and found the tub clogged. I called On the Side Plumbing on Monday and they were here at 8am Tuesday morning.

The guy was so nice and even showed my kids how to snake a drain and told me all about my plumbing in this old house. It was a like master class and tutorial on plumbing as he worked.

Turns out it was the owner, Benjamin, a third generation Tucsonan. He welcomed me to Tucson and walked out.

What a wonderful person and great company. And if there is any doubt that this is a real review, just look at how many I have written and realize that I really did just happen to find a unicorn.

Use this company because they deserve good customers and you deserve honest, competent, and friendly service.

Well, I wish I could rate them based on their work. Unfortunately, I can only rate them on their (lack of) professionalism when it comes to making a commitment to do an estimate. Initial call went well, I thought. Explained what needed to be done, chatted a bit more about it and then was told that they could come out between 3-5 pm that day to do a free estimate. Gave them the location info, my number, and instructions on how to get into the back yard where the work was to be done (just through a gate). And that was it. Heard nothing else. No call to say they couldn't make it or that an emergency cropped up. Nothing.

They may do great work IF they get to your place. But I wouldn't know since they didn't show.

NOTE: This review is extremely similar to another review of mine for another plumbing service. That's intentional. I had the same experience with both. Set up appointments for estimates with both. Neither showed or called.

Ben is an honest and reliable plumber, something I never thought I would find! He doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need, if it can be fixed he will fix it and not tell you it has to be replaced. He even answers his own phone! He has done quite a bit of work for us on a rental, and since we live out of state, his reliability has been a great relief!
