I was given this business for contract work through my warranty company. I called over 10 times in the course of 8 days. Only once did I speak to Mark the owner. Not only did he not call me back after he said he would, he didn't show for the scheduled appointment time. The appointment time was scheduled and confirmed by the warranty company itself due to his lack of communication on the the phone with me. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. There is no excuse for poor customer service.
Donna L.Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Overcharged me $800 on using a camera and water jet on my clogged sewer line. Promised he would come back to do two more since he charged me so much. When my sewer line backed up in about 2 weeks, I called and he told me ""a part needed to be fixed"" on the water jet and he would call back to let me know when it was fixed and he could come to my house. Well, he never returned my calls or messages.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS GUY TO NO ONE...HE'S A THIEF AND A LIAR!!!
The worst company ever. Not sure how they are in business. Like the other reviews, they don't call back and don't show up. This is the second time my warranty company has assigned them for service to my home. I have asked them to remove this company from the list but they haven't. I will continue to file a complaint because my service call was not a routine call. I have no hot water and my water heater was leaking. Two full days and no one shows up or calls or follows up UNSAT! No customer service.
Too bad I can't give zero stars. My home warranty company assigned a work order to this company 45 days ago for a vacant rental property. They scheduled service for 40 days ago. When the technician didn't show up, I called the owner, Mark, who informed me that he was at a college football game and that the office staff wasn't supposed to schedule any appointments for that time frame. He told me that he'd call me back to straighten out the service call when he returned to town. Tick tock, tick tock -- first lie. So I came back to town and had the home warranty company call him to set up service. They left a message asking him to call me. No call, so I called him. He said, sure I remember. ""I'll look up the work order tonight, and I should be able to get you scheduled on Friday because I have a couple of guys coming to (your community). If you don't hear from me by 7PM, call me back."" Didn't hear from him, so I called back the following morning, and guess what? I had to leave a message. 8 hours later, no return call, so I called back. He then tells me that he closed out the work order and needs the warranty company to send it again. Told him that I'd call and have them do so and would call back to talk to him to confirm scheduling for Friday. Another lie, the home warranty company said he didn't close it out but they resent it anyway. I tried calling 4 times, but he was on the line, and I refused to leave a message because of his unreliability in returning phone calls. So he called me back about 25 minutes after my last call and said, ""is there a problem, you've called me several times and I was on the phone."" I told him that I wanted to put voice-to-voice to guarantee service because he hadn't returned any previous phone calls. Short story, the warranty company reassigned it, and here I am writing a dissertation on why On the go plumbing should be just say no plumbing.
I had to wait 5 days for my appointment and then the plumber never showed up or called, resulting in me wasting a day waiting around. I tried multiple times to reach him and left voicemails but he wasn't even considerate enough to return my calls. Unless you want to waste your time, go elsewhere.
Jennifer K.If you want a plummer that makes you wait a week for an appointment only for them to not show up, then this is the plummer for you. They wont call to cancel your appointment either. In fact when you try to call them they just don't answer the phone or call back. Overall the worst customer service I have ever seen.
