Matt from On The Ball Plumbing in the Twin Falls, ID area is the best plumbing contractor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He is knowledgeable, efficient and his customer service is top of the line! He explains everything and makes sure I get all of my questions answered. I wouldn't go to anyone else, ever! The folks here were awesome, they arrived shortly after I called, were friendly and clean. we probably would have had a disaster of a plumbing mess if they hadn't shown up. they went beyond what we needed them to do with out charging extra. highly recommended On The Ball, will definitely use them agai.

I wish I could choose MORE stars! I can't say enough about Matt and his team. I am at the tail end of a kitchen remodel and On The Ball has been there for me through it ALL. Whether it was random plumbing work or emergency issues, Matt had it handled. He went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and as fast as humanly possible. When I needed a new toilet to make sure guests at my birthday party didn't have to ""hold the handle""...he searched high and low to find a toilet and install it in time. When my kitchen was torn apart and he saw that I was washing dishes in the shower, he hooked up my dishwasher in the middle of the mess, so that I could keep the dishes out of the bathroom. When my new sink arrived about a month and a half into the remodel, he knew how desperate I was to have it hooked up, so he stayed after hours to ensure I got running water again. When our flooring guys removed a piece of trim and water shot all over the laundry room... yep... saved the day! He took my frantic call, guided me to the water shut off valve for the house, and showed up just an hour later to ensure I wasn't left waterless over the weekend. When I say he is my hero, I'm not lying. I've never had a service professional impress me like this man. Oh... did I mention that he even called the plumbing supply store ahead of time so that when I walked in CLUELESS looking for parts, I was greeted and shown to my items!? Yep. Beyond great service!!! Just a great human, too. Kind. Extremely knowledgeable. Efficient. Oh, and the price was great too. If you are looking for a plumber, look no more. Rant over... until next time. I had a leak somewhere around the upstairs bath tub. He was able to find not just one leak, but both leaks and fixed them! Quick service, polite and professional. I would recommend them!

Just very disappointed. I can't say enough that there are many very nice and qualified plumbers in the area. This just is not one of them. I wish I could say it was but my plumbing says otherwise. Don't get me wrong they know what they are doing, they just take shortcuts without permission that leaves you with sub par work.
