Our sink backed up and our home warranty company sent out a plumber to fix it. When snaking the line the plumber said that our pipe had broken under the slab and quoted a price between $2100-$3100 to fix it. We decided to get a second opinion and John came out to take a look. Before he could take a look at the problem with a camera, he quoted a price to fix it at half what the first plumber said. On the day he was going to fix the problem he took a look at the pipe with a camera and found no breaks in the pipe. He even had another company come out who used a different camera to verify his findings.

John saved me a lot of money and headache. Thank you!

Job half done! My home insurance hired them for second opinion service concerning pricing of a plumbing co. doing my home re-piping. I was not satisfied with the price of the final connection of main drainpipe from house to city sewer, as it turned out, the plumbing co was working on this final connection when Schroeder associate arrived, project manager of the plumbing co. was also on-site. Project manager immediately went and had a conversation with Schroeder associate. At the end, the final second opinion review did not mention anything about this last connection which I was hoping would resolve my pricing concerns. My home insurance paid Schroeder $300 and if we wanted this final second opinion, it would cost us another $300. It was mentioned, off the record, that we were over charged by at least $8000 for this last connection!

It was our 1st time using Schroeder Plumbing - was behind one of their trucks the day before & remembered the name!
Everything was great! Erica answered the phone promptly, answered our questions & schedule our service call. Gavin arrived within a couple of hours. He was friendly and informative - gave us information each step of the way about what he was doing. The service call took about an hour & a half, and everything went smoothly. No more clog! Very good 1st impression. We would use them again if needed!

Absolutely horrible service. While I was at work a huge sign was left to make sure to always keep the door closed as I have two indoor cats that cannot go outside, these idiots always left the door open over a series of days even after being told many times. DO NOT trust them!!!!! I had to yell on my camera to close the door multiple times. They were also instructed to place plastic down as to not get their disgusting shoes all over my carpet and they actually walked around the plastic and left stains. Their boss was told about these incidents numerous times and this continued throughout so he obviously does not have any respect for his clients. I repeat, if you have pets, do not trust this business.

This company was recommended to me but the experience was extremely disappointing. They jetted the kitchen drain line and destroyed everything I had on my patio in the process. All my furniture, pool items, towels, stereo, and patio floor was covered in a white greasy film. When I called to complain, Matt told me that they were not a cleaning service and I should have known what comes out of the drain pipe. What? I'm not a plumber. All they had to do was ask me to move or cover my items. It took over 3 hours to clean up the mess. I still have grease stains on my wall and door.

The company is trying to rip me off .. they do not use plumber who can fix plumbing . they have leak detectors. they charged me $300. to come out and detect a leak they did not find because it was in the 2nd bathroom behind the wall. I paid them $300.00 and they told my daugher and me that they could come out again if we can locate the lead. we did after tearing down wall we found it they came out on the agreement it was part of the initial $300. they (we) found leak, but that plumber only detected leaks not fix them . they are tring to charge me $250.00 more because they/we found the leak .. $250. is not for fixing the problem.. terrible terible service and clerks who mis lead customers. now i have to go to court. i am calling the better business bureau. asap .. any advide out there

Was scheduled for a home water filtration install on a Thursday. Took off work in the morning so I could be here, nobody showed. I called and found out that I was not put on the schedule so I had to get rescheduled for the following week. Matt arrived timely however one of the fittings was cross threaded and leaking and he said he would be fine leaving it along with the water all over the flooring and charging an additional 100 dollars because of "" inflation"" from what was quoted the prior week. After contacting them he came back out to fix the leak the following g day but just cranked down on it with a pipe wrench. Very disappointing service.

The estimates and scope of work I was getting from other plumbing companies through my home warranty had no other resolve than to rip up my floors and replace my ""collapsed"" pipes. These guys really helped us dodge a bullet and LITERALLY saved me at LEAST $20k by discovering my pipes just needed hydro jetting and my flange repair was just a plate replacement ?.

Your plumbers also gave us prevention options to avoid the pipes collapsing in the future (we have an old home with cast iron)!

Thank you for letting me breath easy! The past two months were havoc on my life until you guys stepped in. You now have a new lifer!

They were recommended to us by our insurance company. At first they were very quick to respond but once the work started it was a complete nightmare. I initially contacted them on 2/3 for a broken pipe under the driveway. They came out the next day. Gave me a bid, we agreed on the price and the work to be done.

2/9 the workers showed up, said the way the repair was previously explained to me could not be done. They would have to do it a different way with different materials. I was ok with proceeding but asked for the updated costs. When I spoke to Erika the Office Manager, she was very rude. She said it was the same amount of work so the price would be the same. When I questioned the cost in supplies, Copper vs the pipe they would be using, she became short with me. I explained they had already started the work so they were not giving me an option to get estimates from any other companies. When she called back to give me the price she did not even say hello when I answered. She just blurted out the small discount on the price. I thanked her for the discount. The plumber told me they did not have the proper tools for the job and it would take an hour each way to pick it up. They ended up cutting through one of our landscaping pipes but assured me it would all be fixed. The plumber could not locate the part needed to fix the pipe he cut and was unable to fix the landscaping pipe. He did repair the busted pipe under the driveway but told me a plumber who had the part would be back the next day between 1-3 to finish up.

2/10 the plumber never showed. I called and Erika put me on hold and when she returned it was with a supervisor. He told me we were never scheduled for the repair and that he would not be able to set someone out until 2/16 between 8-10 am. I asked for confirmation that I would not be charged for this appointment. The gentleman acted like he was doing me a favor by ""not charging me this time"". I said I did not break the pipe your employee did. He said he would list it as a ""warranty call"" so I would not be charged.

2/16 the plumber did not show. I called at 10 am to see what the status was and again Erika was rude. She said ""oh he's not going to make it, you were on my list to give a jingle"". I'm going to put you with Ray, I think he's better suited for you. Not sure what that meant but ok. I asked if she could let me know what time he would be out because I had to work and could not wait all day. Around 1:30 she called and said he was on his way. They showed up and left without saying a word. When I called to find out what was going on Erika told me I misunderstood what he said. I said I'm not sure how I could since he said NOTHING. He just left. She said he went to get parts. They came back a while later banged around and left again. AGAIN SAYING NOTHING. The hole was covered so we assumed the work was done.

2/17 woke up to a huge mud puddle where the hole was. Called Schroeder's, I asked to speak to a manager. I was told Erika would call me back. I explained that Erika was rude and not helpful and asked that another manager return my call. I was told he was in the field but he would get back to me by the afternoon. it is now 2/28 and NO ONE has returned my call.

Save your self the headache and call someone else.
