Do not use On Point Plumbing!!! They came out under the American Home Shield plan and deemed that it was not covered. They emailed me a proposal to fix the issue out of my pocket. I paid the amount on the estimate and they scheduled a day. one day before the electrician was supposed to come out, I got a call that THEIR estimate was wrong and that it would be $2000 instead of $600. What kind of racket is that? Their customer service person on the phone provided no real explanation and said that they would refund the money in 3-4 business days YET I had pre-paid already.

This is a contractor SCAM. Stay far away.

On Point Plumbing Electrical Heating & Air is a scam company. Unfortunately, I was assigned this company by AHS. Technician Garth Robertson told me that AHS denied my claim, "BUT" that they could fix the switch for $350. I just spoke with AHS and they said that they denied my claim because the technician stated that the switch was on an "automation system and that my switch was digital." I don't understand how having to physically touch the switch with your finger or door to operate qualifies as being on an "automation system or even remotely digital?" So, technician straight up filed a false report. This is scam work from a scam company. Stay away or ask AHS to send you a different company.

Update: AHS sent another company to fix the switch. Took the guy less than 5 minutes to replace the switch. No mention of automation or digital. So, there you go. Stay away from Point Plumbing Electrical Heating & Air.

This company was sent to the house via the home warranty company. They provided us with two options to replace the water heater. We chose one and the tech was dispatched to replace the heater. He arrived and was given the wrong size heater. We live in pearland so it was a drive for the technician to go get the correct heater. When he left he was having trouble raising the pull down steps and my wife told him she would get them, they can be touchy to put up. When he returned he installed the new heater and removed the old one and met my wife at the front door to sign the paperwork. I work night shift so the next day I checked on the install and the steps were broken badly. Called the company and of course the technician denied breaking them but they were fine when my wife put them up earlier. BEWARE OF LIES, LIES, LIES. These are the pull down aluminum steps so they are expensive. This place is a joke!!! I have photos on google.

On Point Plumbing - Brandon Opp, has been at our home most of the day. He installed a new bathtub and re-plumbed for new fixtures for the tub/shower combination. Along with the tub/shower install Brandon replaced the mounting bracket for the toilet. He made space allotment for the tile floor and wall tiles to be installed. He was courteous, kept us informed along the way and when needed asked if we were O.K. with a suggestion he would make. With all the plumbers to choose from we are so happy we had Brandon do the work needed in our home. When you have any plumbing needs we would highly recommend ON POINT PLUMBING.
