Beware of this plumbing contractor! We signed an agreement with Ken McCain for plumbing work for a remodel and he took the money, did very little work and then disappeared. No response to calls or texts. After a week of no response he texted that he would come to our house to discuss the remaining job and never showed up. Now another week has gone by with no response. His voicemail is often full and cannot accept messages and he does not reply to our texts. His lack of professionalism is holding up the entire job and he seems to have no intention of honoring his contract. He came highly recommended but has proven to be a major disappointment.
