On Point Plumbing provided excellent service again, as expected. They have serviced my water heater in the past under extreme weather conditions , and this time the issue was a malfunctioning garbage disposal. The repair was done quickly and efficiently, with clear and concise explanations, helpful suggestions for troubleshooting in the future, a few other minor repairs and adjustments to my kitchen faucet and pull down sprayer, and all for a very fair price! Extremely professional, yet friendly service. I highly recommend On Point Plumbing.

On a very hot Friday night, when our home A/C went out, On Point was able to come out within just a couple of hours, quickly figured out the issue, and fixed our A/C within 20 minutes, saving us from having to be in the heat inside or leave our house with our two young kids for the night. Skyler from On Point came right on time to drain our hot water heater for general maintenance. Not only did he take care of that, but he added some drains in case the heater leaks at any point. Very appreciated.

He also replaced our furnace several months ago and did a great job. He always explains everything very thoroughly which is really helpful.

They were the third company to come to find a gas leak. Although none could find a leak, they were the only ones to actually go under our house to check. They also checked our heating system. We felt so much better and safer after that. The gas company finally turned back on our gas after a very cold week! Thank you On Point!

One Point appeared to me to be a paid henchman for American Home Shield (AHS). One Point is the worst or the worst. It appeared to me that One Point was paid by AHS to issue a report that would allow AHS to deny my claim to have my furnaced repaired. It is noteworthy that AHS had sent two previous contractors both of which issued reports that would have required AHS to repair my furnace. It is my individual, personal, subjective opinion, belief, and interpretation that the company is incompetent, dishonest, and/or unethical.  The foregoing review solely provides my individual, personal, subjective opinions, beliefs, and interpretations.
