Absolute the absolute worst worst company I've ever dealt with in my life I'm not even sure if they really have a real license contractors license. They lie they cheat and they steal they steal your money they tell you things that aren't true they rip everything apart they make major mess they don't clean up and then they don't come back but you've paid them thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars were paid these people and all they did was make the situation worse. Terrible terrible people. Don't ever used him run run like hell if they want to do anything for you.

Worst plumbing Co. ever. Please do not use these people. They will give u the run around. The plumber named Lee is the worst. Unprofessional and will take forever to get him out to your house to do a job. He left me and my tenants hanging for days not answering his phone to fix the hot water heater. If I could I would give them a fat 0 star. I had to get someone else to fix it. He has yet to even call me back.

HIDE FROM THEM USING MY PHOTOS THAT You replaced a part on my hot water heater and it's faulty and you always have a goddamn excuse as to why you can't come that someone else is more important and You don't ever get your text message till the next day you're full of shit and so is your business I am still waiting for you to fix the goddamn thing and I had to call another plumber because I've already paid your dumb ass you're a sorry excuse for a business and a handyman service because you ain't worth a piece of shit at the bottom of my shoe Please read the 14 other reviews wish I would've seen these before I called you I hope people see this and your business goes to hell

Run away from this company!! If i could leave zero stars, i would. This place basically stole my money.

This all started before Thanksgiving. Sent Lee a yelp message and it took a while until we found a mutally acceptable time for him to come out and look at my washing machine, which was leaking from up top. Finally agreed to the Sunday before Thanksgiving at 8:30AM. Texted me that he was leaving at 8. Then texts me that his GPS is giving him a eta of 8:39. Came sometime after that. Diagnosed that it's a faulty Spencer valve. I paid for the valve and the service call that day. Said he'd come back Thursday if the part came in Wednesday or Saturday if it didn't arrive until Friday. Fine.

Got a text and yelp message saying the part hadn't arrived Wednesday, so it'll likely be Saturday. Again, fine. It's not leaking on the floor, it's in the tub, so it's not a real emergency. Then...nothing.

Got tired of waiting, so i texted him December 3rd to find out if he could come finish the job. Some guy named ""mike"" said they were closed due to covid, but that everyone was cleared and they were santizing the office and trucks. Mike also told me that they had the Spencer there at the office. They would re-open Monday morning and he was sure that Lee would contact me right away. Nope.

Fast forward to December 14th and i texted him again to set up a time to get the Spencer valve that i paid for installed. Nothing. I texted again on the 15th asking for atleast the part that i paid for so i can find someone else to install it. Again, nothing. Completely ghosted me.

I tried again on Yelp messages to contact Lee this past Monday and asked again for install or part. Nothing. This place literally STOLE my money and i have no recourse other than to tell everyone what kind of company you'd be dealing w/if you contact them.

RUN AWAY!! I wouldn't recommend you use this company. They're just crooks who ignore you.

Called them and they were able to come over right away and fix the toilet problem I was having by removing the toilet and getting to the clog they said competitors were charging much more to do. I feel like I received A+ service from their technician very professional very helpful best plumbing service I have ever had!
