Outstanding business overall! Hired to perform much needed maintenance on my water heater. For a great price, On Point performed a water heater flush and inspection on my 8 year old water heater and gave me a no pressure quote for full replacement in the future. We would highly recommend Cesar at On Point Plumbing. We had an unexpected repair that required someone to come out within 24 hours. I completed the online schedule request late in the evening and Cesar responded immediately that night. He was able to come out and complete the repair the next day. Great service, reliable and very reasonable when it comes to the price. We will definitely be calling Cesar again for any plumbing needs.

Responded within a couple of days of call to install water line for refrigerator. Friendly and answered all my questions. Seemed a little expensive but it has been a while since I last needed a plumber.

Be advised that they can only physically look and don't have the required equipment to see through problem that were covered by unmoveable object, they will still charge you even they can't find the exact cause of the problem. In my case, it was leaking pipe. So if you have a leak that coming out of concrete or things like that, you will want to go directly to the detection company with the required equipment.

Right in the middle of a heat wave the air conditioner in my 2 story house went out. Temperature was 79 degrees downstairs and 85 degrees upstairs. Skyler from On Point came out and quickly found the problem. He was professional, efficient, and I felt I could trust what he was saying. Without hesitation, I would definitely call them again. Our older water heater started leaking. The home warranty had On Point come to evaluate. Skyler was to the point and knowledgable and let me know exactly what costs were my responsibility vs what was covered. They were able to pull out the old water heater one day and that let me dry out the area underneath. Then they came the next day to install the new one. Esteban was very competent at removing and installing the water heaters. Although my caveat is that my water heater was mostly covered by a home warranty, I would highly recommend On Point.
