Please don't believe the good reviews. If your home warranty wants to send this company to your house IMMEDIATELY decline. Pictures say enough.....

Alexander is so knowledgeable and detailed. He took the time to explain the issues with my A/C and walked me through the repairs. His customer service is "on point". I had an issue with my appointment and the manager made sure I didn't go another day without A/C. Thank you On Point for your dedication to your customers!o

On Point was assigned to perform our HVAC tuneup by our home warranty company and I couldn't be more pleased. Alexander was thorough and discovered a problem that would have been caused by a previous repairman in the fall. I will definitely want to use On Point AND Alexander in the future.

The service we needed I; the recent cold spell was provided quickly and efficiently. Alexander was phenomenal, identified many of the bad construction originally performed on our furnace and ducting, and delivered the service as promised and on time. Couldn't be happier.

Warranty company sent them to check a possible leak. The first time they showed up they just left because they said the service order did not have an apartment number on it, the technician did not try to call the warranty company nor myself. So I re-scheduled (for a week later as that was all they had). The second time they showed early, which would have been great except this is a rental property and no one was there. I called the warranty company and asked them to call the technician and advise him someone was on the way. They left without waiting for the agent to show up claiming they waited more than their allowed 15-minute window (which they started from the time they showed up, which was earlier than the appointment time). So we re-scheduled, again a week later (with the leak still leaking). They cancelled THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT (after waiting another week) and asked that the appointment be giving to a different contractor. Absolutely horrible customer service. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

This is very shady company. My warranty company sent a technician from On Point Contracting. The said that warranty company is not going to cover the repairs and it will cost me $1300, $900 parts and 400 labor. The guy was done is 45 minutes and only parts he replaced was condenser fan motor which is less than $150. Fraud company.

Technician broke our bypass regulator level and didn't even reported that he broke it on the initial inspection. Then on the 2nd inspection admitted he broke it and apologized for not reporting it. Spoke with the manager and didn't even apologize on what happened. Nothing has been done to replace it and will they just call it in in my insurance.

Update to my review.. so the Contractor said my AC unit was dirty .... Beyond regular cleaning. Charges $400 for an acid wash cleaning. Service done and paid for. They said that was the problem, the unit was working. Was not working when landlord arrived and compressor needed replacing. end of what happened yesterday. AC company (that originally installed AC, not On Point which warranty company sent out ) came out today. First thing he saw... the capacitor was hooked up backwards and that was what caused compressor to fail. Not the "dirty coils" that needed cleaning. I'm not an AC technician, but even I know that checking the capacitor is like the first thing you do. So to sum it all up... On Point failed to identify the actual problem (incorrectly installed capacitor, installed by another contractor the warranty company sent out) which caused the compressor to fail. They then charged $400 for a cleaning (we probably didn't need) and left us with a non working AC. And, because they failed to properly identify the actual problem, they caused the warranty company to not cover the repairs needed. Repairs were not covered because On Point wanted to make $400 to clean the unit and reported that the dirty unit was the cause of the compressor failure instead of the capacitor being incorrectly installed causing the failure which would have been covered by the warranty. They gotta be a special kind of stupid.... they got $400 for cleaning the unit but lost all the money they could have made in repairs (Actually replacement, our whole unit is being replaced tomorrow) They lost the business for one, by failing to identify the actual problem and not getting the warranty company to pay them for repairs. Their second missed opportunity was their shitty customer service.... The AC still needed fixing or replacing.... By their lack of customer service skills, sales skills, honesty, and just plain stupidity they lost out on that opportunity ‍ Oh, and on top of all that, they damaged the coils while doing the cleaning which the AC company that came out today showed us and documented.... No wonder the technician was in such a hurry to collect payment over the phone and try to get the heck out of there ‍‍‍
