These guys came out on a quote of $300-1300 for a job to clear a plugged cold water feed line. They cut the pipe blew out the line with air and put 2 shark bite fittings back on for $1000. 3hrs and most of that was a gentleman on the phone confused on how to fix the issue. My nephew grabbed his compressor and blew the line out himself. They initially wanted the full $1300, my nephew paid $1000 after being intimidated and treated with extremely poor professionalism. Sad to see a young man treated so poorly. After they were finished they proceeded to wreck into my nephews ditch at the end of his driveway and did property damage and left with out making any attempt to make things right effectively committing a hit and run. Any and all attempts to contact these guys to try and come to an agreement or understand have culminated in any results. This is poor treatment and a huge lack of integrity.

On It Plumbing is fantastic. Elizabeth was a joy when I called--very helpful. I'd hired a general contractor to install a new sink and faucet and it was leaking. Lesson here, for plumbing, hire a plumber. Lance fixed everything--4 leaks. It wasn't too expensive and I certainly got value for my money. They even gave me a senior discount. It was a great experience all around and I'd recommend this company every time. Thank you. Ten stars!!!

If you are on a fixed income, call other places! The tech was excellant, response time excellant, asked about fees but once at our resistance was told just under $400 if toilet had to be removed. I'm certain they would have done great work but $400 was not at all in our budget!

I highly recommended this entire team, I've had them out for multiple jobs and have always been impressed with their timeliness and communication. If you're looking for plumbing help, especially on a timeline, they're 100% worth it. I value customer service and they are the best in the valley for a quality job done quickly.
For example, I called Elizabeth about an job at 4pm and Nick was at our house at 9am the next day! He was super communicative, friendly, and straight with me about the issue and potential problems in the future. I'm grateful for his professionalism and can-do attitude, he got us squared away quickly.

On It Plumbing charged me an exorbitant $2185 to relocate a bath drain and install a tub. The technician, Lance, was arrogant about his abilities and refused to consider my concerns or comments. The tub was installed by pushing it all the way over to one side of the alcove opening and was damaged in the process (apron and flange chipped). Lance's response was ""that's just how it's done and the damage will be covered by trim"". Because the tub was not centered in the back wall as requested it has presented problems with installing the walls and surround. The bathroom walls were damaged in the process of bringing the tub in and placing it and Lance's response was ""it's just part of installation in alcoves"". Now I have to replace all the wallpaper in the bathroom and fix the walls. The tub is not stable even though Lance demonstrated it's stability by jumping up and down in the tub his boots on and using no protective covering, leaving dirt, smudges, and scratches. I don't believe Lance knew what he was doing though he claimed vast experience. Morgan, the owner, sent Lance back out with a sponge and toothpaste to clean up the tub and dismissed all my other concerns and complaints. The plumbing of the drain is questionable at best and the insulation and covering on the underside of the home was left hanging after being carelessly ripped out to do the drain work. Don't use ON IT Plumbing or you'll be sorry like me!

Not only were they flexible to come out when I had an emergency plumbing problem instead of making me wait, they replaced my hot water heater with speed, professionalism, and wonderful competence. AND the other plumbing issues I had as well. I would give 10 stars if I could. These guys (Jeremy especially) are WONDERFUL.

Incoming water line broke no water for a day. They came dug out the cement around it and were able to replace everything back to the house. Warranty for a year all parts and labor.
