Monday, I discovered that I had water coming from the ceiling in my basement.wasn't sure where it was coming from. I called and I was able to get fit in. He fit me in last minute and then called to say he was running a little behind and that I was still on the books. Most don't care about your time...this was my only off day and I asked about another project he took care of that too. When something goes wrong I. This house again and you know it will!! The young man showed up on Oct 23rd to assess and recommend, took my $150 and has ghosted me ever since on sending me a written quote, setting a date/time to meet with him so that I can pay for the parts, and scheduling me for the install accordingly.

I had the company come out 6 days to give me a quote but I still haven't heard back yet. The owner seems like a really good guy but I haven't received a response after a few calls. I'll update later.

Had an estimate on Saturday and got the work done in the busy season on Wednesday. Very happy with the scheduling process, they made contact via text, phone call, and email to set the appointment. Had two spigots installed with new lines ran from the main. They completed the work within an hour! Everything is working well and the service was helpful. Will definitely be contacting this company again for service.

Great experience working with On Hand Mechanical. Reached out for a quote and they were at my house the next morning. Chevez was on time and assessed the problem quickly. Gave a fair price and had my shower back up and running within a few hours of arrival. Would definitely use On Hand Mechanical again.
