They were able to do a home visit within one hour of my phone call to them, however, they are not reasonably priced. They charged $400 to replace a garbage disposal. Schwartz Plumbing quoted a total charge of $325 for parts and labor. Unfortunately, they are booked up for a few days so I had to use someone that could come out quickly.
Be sure to get multiple quotes when possible.

This was our second time, the first time they failed to take out the old hot water heater, leaving it for elderly parents to deal with. The second time the elderly parents called the tech called back stating that he was going to be late or not showing up at all due to a restaurant calling and wanting the first appointment which was ours. They felt getting the bigger $$ justified to push the appointment to another day from a client who had scheduled a day before. We asked them if they are wearing a face mask(due to the pandemic), and the tech refused to wear one even if we provided one that was sealed. We have three high-risk people living in this house and the excuse of anxiety doesn't cut it right now. If you are unable to do your work safety and you are entering multiple homes a day you could easily spread the virus to many homes and risk killing your clients especially the elderly! You are supposed to be a plumber which oftentimes have to work in tight areas, the excuse of anxiety of having a face mask does not work. The appointment was canceled as soon as he refused to take safety precautions.

I can't believe that this business has such a low rating. I have been using OnDemand plumbing for years. I have always had excellent service. I have never had a problem with any of their staff. I called them today because I thought my water heater was leaking. They came right out, inspected everything. They did not find a problem and they were very professional. I think the puddle came from another source and feel reassured by their inspection. I would highly recommend!

If you want and expect timely service - DO NOT CONTACT On Demand! I have called On Demand three times in two years. Each time the woman who answers says I will get a return call by the end of the day. Each time I have NEVER received a return call. I don't know how people stay in business with such lousy service. Don't waste your time.

Complete mess! I called them on a Friday around Christmas to unblock a sewer line. The plumber spent nearly ALL of his time on his cell phone in my basement - including to his wife - then charged me $450.00.

EVEN worse; he left sewage by the corner of my garage where I guess he thought I wouldn't find it, as well as a major stain on my driveway.

Two days later, my main water main was leaking due to his apparent ineptitude, and I had quite a struggle getting them back (after all, my check was already in their possession).
I called and complained to the owner to come and clean up the horrific mess - including sewage splashed on my storm door - but, after a month, I still haven't seen them come and clean it up.

For $450.00 dollars, I resent their leaving me this mess to deal with, and will NEVER ever again use OnDemand Plumbing, which not only overcharged, but failed to appropriately respond to a legitimate customer complaint. The owner doesn't give a damn, even when notified. Do Not use them!
