This review has been delayed for far too long! My rental property had a leaking water heater. I searched Yelp and found On Call Water Heaters. They were able to come out the very next morning and have a brand new one installed. There was an issue with Rafael (the installer) and the water connector. He said we had to pay extra for it. I immediately called Natalia and she said she forgot to quote me for the part, but since it was her mistake, she wouldn't charge me. I appreciated how she honored the initial price quote.

Not good and way over priced!! The tech doesn't speak English and I had to call them twice within in two days. Unlike Gerard O's 5 star review, I still have a leak, no discount, and he seemed to be in a hurry.

Wow, great service, really fast and professional! From first response to ongoing communications and repair execution I was satisfied through the entire process.

The crew that came out was safe, respectful, skilled, and talented. They diagnosed the problem in minutes and fixed my water heater in less than 30 minutes. They even identified and fixed a small (thankfully) leak coming from the attached gas feed having come a bit loose.

No surprises, reasonable price, nice added benefit of applying a discount forward should I need a water heater in the future.
