Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! I had three other companies out, not a one could solve the back up issues in our master bathroom. Jeromy came out showed me the break in the pipe on a video camera. They were able to dig from outside (no mess inside) to make the repair and the price was very affordable. I have not had a clog since. Awesome service, I will never use another company!!

I had a post test performed by On Call Plumbing after having foundation work done and the test failed. Scheduled an isolation with On Call and they sent Joe out, who was very courteous & professional. They had to tunnel under my slab to repair the leaks. Jose and his digging team were also very professional.
On Call Plumbing offers a 7 year warranty for under slab work and I was really impressed with how friendly and how easy it was dealing with the office staff and field workers and the honesty which is hard to find in a company these days.
This company is based on honesty and integrity. I highly recommend On Call Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

The absolute worst plumbing company in DFW. They are in with local foundation companies and will test for leaks at no charge to the foundation companies. The foundation companies will then charge the customer anyway. I guarantee they will find you have plumbing leaks, since that s the only way they make any money. What a rip off. Run from these people.

Not pleased at all with plumber that was sent by Perma Pier Foundation for a leak test. Walked in telling me I had a leak, so not surprised when he said I did have a leak. Told me I needed to repair it immediately; that it would cost me like $350 for him to come back and then tell me where the leak was located and then the repair could be extensive. I sent him packing; paid for another plumber who said I had a toilet with a slow leak that was causing the meter to move. !! Why is it so difficult to find honest service? Could NOT recommend ON Call from Royce City.
