Jeremy and his team just finished up hydro-jetting my neglected backyard drains around my pool. After the really heavy rains we had this year, it was time to take care of the drains which had been backing up into my pool. The job was fast, professional, and as clean as a dirty job can be. I will definitely be using Jeremy and his team at On Call Plumbing in the future for all of my plumbing issues!

We had a leak under our sink and Jeremy responded to our Yelp request in 15 minutes. He came by the next day with one of his crew, and was very respectful and down to earth. The next day, we realized the sink was still leaking. He came back to fix it, and did not charge us for the extra visit. He also gave us great tips on our upcoming bathroom renovation, and offered us his discount for our toilet purchase. Jeremy is very trustworthy and great plumber, we will definitely be using him for our bathroom sink and toilet installations.

Jeremy and crew assigned our house for warranty work unable to make it first day as expected. Lost in 1000 oaks traffic . Called twice to say be here for sure no matter what. Arrived at eight- thirty, assessed the problem and got is back into hot water(haha). Worked out the details with the warranty people, arriving following day to install new water heater. Very personable and friendly. Honest and straightforward. Took the time to explain what he had done, the why, etc. All qualities I admire and look for. Very easy to reccomend ""on time plumbing"" as your every needs plumbing plumber.

Started the morning off with a cold shower.... everybody's worst nightmare. My water tank is only a year old and after checking, noticed the pilot light was on but there was a blinking LED light coming from the water heater. I called around and today was a busy day for the plumbing industry and instead of telling me they were booked for the day on call plumbing was honest with me and told me they'd make room for me toward the end of the day. They stayed in contact with me throughout the day letting me know that one of their calls had run longer than expected but they would be sure to stop by my house as soon as they were finished. They came over and it ended up being a small fix, something that had to do with an error on my end. They were very gracious, talked me through the entire inspection and let me know exactly what was wrong. It ended up being a possibility of two different things. After they had charged me for the visit they let me know that if tomorrow, I still didn't have any hot water they would be glad to come out, change my water heater considering it was still under warranty and only charge me for the labor and what I paid tonight for the visit, would go directly towards that. I'm so thankful that I found a plumber in this town that didn't try to overcharge me or oversell me. On call will forever have my business!

I didn't realize how bad the plumbing was in my new home until Jeremie showed up and helped get it all sorted out. He knew how valuable our time was and he was able to fix the problems quickly. He is very knowledgeable on the subject of plumbing but he can also speak to you like a friend you've known for years. Both he and Derrick were very polite, professional and courteous. 10/10 thank you for the great work!

Jeremy was amazing to work with and did a great job. He was able to come the same day I called. Diagnosed the problem with our hot water heater and was able to install the hot water heater the same day. Work diligently on other plumbing issues in the house that the old water heater had caused. Went above and beyond and even checked in the next day! Highly recommend him and his business! Knowledgeable, professional and most importantly high quality work!

Wow! Thanks so much for your help Jeremy! After moving into our townhome this morning we discovered that the hot water heater pilot light had gone out. We called another plumber's # that was on the water heater and they gave us an estimate of 1 hour for their plumber to come over. After waiting 5 hours and still no technician we called On Call Plumbing. Jeremy soon called my husband back and talked him through lighting the pilot without even charging us a service call. We will definately use On Call Plumbing next time we need a plumber.

Very thankful for Jeremy's help! He answered the phone on the first call and walked us through what the issue was on our Water heater. Turns out we just needed to push a button to get our pilot to relight it. He talked us through it over the phone at no charge - Honestly knowing that he helped us solve the problem over the phone and didn't take advantage of us and charge us will make him our go to Plummer from now on. I got his name and number from my brother who was very satisfied with the services he had from Jeremy at his house. Thanks Jeremy!
