I can't say enough great things about Jeremie and his team at On Call Plumbing. We had two other plumbing companies to check out what was going on at our house, and the quotes we got were ridiculous and not comprehensive. Jeremie offered us a fair price and provided counsel on what was going on and how we could best liaise with our home owner's insurance about the possibility of recouping some of the expense (despite plumbing issues not being covered in our policy).

Jeremie was thorough, responsive, and provided a daily update by text and phone each of the five days our plumbing repair project took place. This is a small business who cares about relationships, honesty, and doing good work. I would DEFINITELY recommend them for any plumbing need.

Moving can be a stressful event, add to that a plumbing emergency and you wonder who you can count on to get your repair done in a professional and cost effective manner. A quick call to On Call Plumbing and Jeremie had my issue resolved. Fast forward to four days later and I had another plumbing issue in my new place. I again called Jeremie and he was able to respond quickly getting my plumbing issue fixed that same day. Jeremie is professional, knowledgeable, and has very reasonable rates. I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

BIG thanks to Jeremy/ On Call Plumbing! Without being able to take on our plumbing job, Jeremy still took time out to share with us knowledge that ended up saving us money. We had an emergency water leak (more like a literal geyser) take place at the meter box outside the garage door at our townhome unit. We were scrambling frantically trying to find a plumber who had the crew available to fix it ASAP. Jeremy / On Call Plumbing --like the other two plumbing companies we contacted before them--were already fully-booked on jobs for the day and thus, understandably unable to address our emergency. YET, Jeremy didn't just move on from my question regarding their availability. Even knowing that he was unable to take the work, he still spent the time to share with me some thoughts he had from past experiences in dealing with issues of meter box leaks in a townhome situation with an HOA (homeowners association). We are BEYOND grateful that he took the time and energy to share this knowledge with us. We immediately contacted our HOA....as it turns out the responsibility actually did indeed fall in the prevue of the HOA--not the homeowner! Dang decent on Jeremy's part to have imparted himself in such a neighborly manner as a small business owner who actually cares about the customers in the community he serves!

I was having issues with relighting the pilot light on my water heater. Gave these guys a call and they were able to help me over the phone with just the knowledge of the water heater brand and age. The person I spoke to was very friendly and walked me through some things to try and luckily it worked! Im sure they get a lot of calls like this and they could have easily taken the opportunity to send someone out to make money for their business, but instead offered their advice first. Ive been on the market for a new plumber since our last plumbing company was bought out and then price gouged us on an emergency we had... looks like I have found the one.

On Sunday, May 14, 2023, my hot water suddenly went cold and so I checked the hot water heater. No leaks, but attempts to relight the pilot failed and instead produced a Status Light Code anomaly with a remedy from the operator manual: ""Replace gas control valve,"" a $145 part. However, with the combination part procurement, lack of tools, and inexperience, I decided to contact On Call Plumbing and Jeremy and son came out next day. Because the part replacement suggested a new gas burner replacement as well, a repair would now require two parts. With that, plus my hot water heater also being out of warranty, we negotiated a new heater. They then removed the old heater and later returned with a new one, installed it, and also soldered a new copper pressure relief valve extension to an external pipe. In all, I'm pleased with how everything went. Good job, men!

Jeremie is aces. If he doesn't call back right away, give it another go. Finding a good plumber is often like finding a needle in a haystack...so when you do, hang on the him. Jeremie is that guy. He came and replaced a tired water heater not strapped to code. The pipe sweating is pristine and he honors time and budget. He's SO worth it! PS...found him via reviews on Yelp.

As an 18-year-long owner of a couple of busy restaurants in Santa Clarita, we've had our share of plumbing issues - they usually happen at night on the weekends, when we are busy and plumbers aren't always responsive or affordable...
After being dissapointed with several plumbers we've called during emergencies, we tried On Call Plumbing. I wish we would have known about this company years ago!
We had a temperature & pressure relief valve triggering on our large commercial water heater and no hot water to wash dishes - not good!
I have to say that Jeremy is an exceptional professional, he uses a logical problem solving approach, finds the root cause, and fixes - and his pricing is very fair! Worth every penny. He could have easily told us we had no choice but to pay him to install a new water heater - a $10k to $15k job. Instead, he quickly converged on the true root cause and replaced our expansion tank for a couple hundred bucks and also assessed our entire heater and found a few issues that aren't urgent but need attention in the future. We've had zero issues since Jeremy repaired our water heater system.
Can't say enough about this guy - honest, systematic, and effective. AND a nice guy!

Today I had On Call Plumbing hydro-jet my outdoor drains ahead of the winter rains. They cleared a bunch of junk out of my pipes. Jeremy and Zane are nice guys and did a nice job. Great price!
