I called OMW to fix a leak I had in a pipe. I was told on the phone when I called that there was a $89 charge to come to my house, and the price of the repair would be around $250. See their web page front and center, and you will see this quote:
""Our $89 diagnostic fee is applied to your repair""

When they finished I was told the price was something like $379. Not only DIDN'T they apply the $89 charge to the repair, like it clearly says on their web page, but the price was even higher. It took them about 20 min to actually make the repair, but they left for about 30 minutes in the middle to get more parts. The repair was good, but for dishonest advertising, I would NEVER have them back in my house, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone else. I gave them three stars because the repair was good.

They never gave me a receipt, but said they would email it, and I have never received it.

I called many plumbing companies after hours and finally I got a live person to answer the phone I was very impressed and relieved because I had water coming from my celling and did not no how to shut off my water , when I explained my situation to The gentleman on the phone he walked me through how to shut off the water , I gave him my address and he had someone there in less then a hour it was late around 1am and he actually had a smile and was glad to be there , the service was beyond my expectations,
I don't usually write reviews but I felt I had to; this company went beyond my expectations,
Then a few days later i actually receive a signed thank you letter from the owner . Wow unbelievable,

My toilet overflowed on the second floor and water went everywhere (down to my first floor). Although I didn't need a plumber at the moment, she made some calls for me and set me up with a restoration company that came out that night. She was soo helpful and really made this disaster manageable! Thanks!

This is going to be an odd review. We ended up having a misunderstanding and things didn't end on a friendly note, unfortunately. But as you can see by the star rating I was satisfied with the work done.

We had need of a plumber after our water heater failed. OMW was recommended by a contractor I trust. They helped me secure a good water heater, and also installed a pan with drain line so hopefully any future episodes with the heater will direct all the water outside. OMW was responsive, and we were scheduled reasonably quickly once the water damage in the area had been addressed. No complaints about the work, nor the serviceman (Richard) who came out. Richard worked well past ""quitting time"" until the primary job was done.

A follow-up call was needed because we wanted a drain for the second water heater, and it was so late after he had installed the unit that I told him to just go home and come back some time in the future. When he did come back to install the drain he left an invoice. I was confused because I thought it was part of the original agreement, but I did not have it in writing (searched my emails extensively). Given this fact I called to give my credit card number but was told to forget it.

What really sucks here is that I think I found a reasonably-priced and responsive plumber who probably won't want to deal with me now!! But I can't take that out on them, so I have to give them four stars. I can recommend them based on work and pricing.

The owner Tammy was quick to send out a plumber to have a look at our non-working evap cooler. The hot summer is upon us and I needed the cool air fast. The plumber arrived on time and cleared a clogged water line and told us the other items we needed to replace. I have no time so I asked for a quote and 2 days later my cooler was working. I also had a leaking faucet in my backyard that the plumber quickly fixed for no cost as it was a simple fix. I'll use them again for sure.
