We needed a very simple soldering job that should take 15 minutes. He kept going to his van and back several times, wasting plenty of time. He was incapable of soldering.  He said he needed to go to a hardware store to buy a shark-bite. He came back an hour later. He charged for that hour. He charged us close to $500.
