After a weekend away, I returned home on Sunday night to find my downstairs powder room toilet was leaking and had flooded my downstairs. I turned off the water to the toilet and called Omni (found them via a Yelp search). I'm 100% pleased with their service. They showed up right away and fixed the problem by replacing a supply line and valve. I told them that my insurance company wanted photos so they took photos at every step of the way and texted them directly to me. They also showed me all of the parts they replaced and explained the exact problem, so I could show them to my insurance adjuster. Jason and Brent were fantastic; professional, friendly, fast, and helpful. I will be keeping their contact information for future plumbing work.

We have had Omni Plumbing help us with our plumbing issues since 2018. Jason, Coleman and Justin have provided services at our home. Their response time is amazing. Their services are top notch and are reasonably priced as well. I would recommend them for plumbing services to my friends and family.

I call on Omni for issues not covered by my home warranty service. Jason and the crew have always fixed my water problems and Omni has treated me well over the last decade.

I am disappointed in the quality of work Omni provided. They installed a water heater tank for us in 2018. I shopped around and their price was competitive so I decided to go with them. They are a professional plumber so I never question their work. Fast forward to 2020 when I tried to sell my home, the inspector found that their is a potential leak from the water heater and the expansion tank was not supported properly. We called Omni - they came back to check the water heater tank. They gave us comfort that the water we were seeing is from a condensation and that the expansion tank has no leak and doesn't need any additional support. Granted they were nice enough to issue us a certified letter to provide to our home buyer. And we believed in what they said!! That's not the end of the story. Water still keeps coming out. The home buyer forced us to get a second opinion. We get two more opinions from different plumbers and both of them said the same thing. There was a leak and the pipe was jammed - see the picture for reference for the before (Omni's pipe) vs after (Another plumber's pipe). Apparently, my water heater was poorly installed by Omni since the beginning. I had to spend another $300 for another plumber to fix Omni's original work. What I thought was a competitive price ended up costing more both in money and time. I almost missed on closing the home because I believed in Omini technician's words. I'm disappointed in their quality of work.

Omni Plumbing Alpharetta is one of the most worsest and inexperienced plumbing service. They have damaged my basement ceiling and wall , once they were cleaning my pump flow switch. They didn't disconnect the lower portion of pipe and shake the whole pipe what is connected with branches of basement what is over the drywall. Actually technician's hard back push broke the seal of connector . The technician doesn't even know what he supposed to do. Now they are trying to convince me by saying my pipe connector didn't have glue and water was staying long on drywall. Can you believe it. My basement is 5 years old there were no leaks and nothing. My ceiling, wall, floor was wet by dirty water and generating bacterias. After requesting several time, they didn't care to take any action to compensate my damage. I don't have any option open other than taking legal action against this company.

Today, 6/11/18 Jason and Chase stayed in our house for 5 and a half hours. They fixed both the hot and cold water leak and poured the concrete in afterwards. They used their chisel and hammer drill to get into the concrete when they weren't able to find it over ground. They were very professional and explained everything to us every step of the way. Thank you for your wonderful work.

Impressed. We had a small leak at the pressure valve and attempted to replace it ourselves. This typically can be a DIY project however, because of the valve and piping used by our builder, it wasn't a typical replacement. We called Omni on a Sunday night prepared to leave a message that would be returned on Monday. We were called back in 10 minutes and were able to make an appointment for first thing on Monday. First star. On Monday morning the office and the technician called before coming out and let us know better timing of when he would arrive. Second star. Justin and Cole were professional and polite. Explained why we shouldn't use the part we purchased at Lowes and instead use their part which would be warranteed (that's important). Even though the price was double, I'd give them their 3rd star. They replaced it and some piping in about 20 minutes. Very quick - 4 stars. I'm holding that 5th star, as the labor for that 20 minutes seemed excessive (at least to me). The part was around $90. The total bill (with a $20 review discount) came to $355. I'm sure it's the going rate for the trade and it needed to be replaced before we left on vacation. It is what it is. All that said, I would definitely call them again and trust them with any other plumbing issues. You get what you pay for. Thanks, Omni!

Hmm, how best to give you a heads up. I called this business for an estimate on purchasing and installing an appliance. They said they needed to check..and they'd call me """"right back"""". They did not. I called them again. They offered no apology and said they were still awaiting g a price and they'd call me back. No call...and it's now a day later. I called AGAIN...left a message....and they STILL have not returned a call. Your choice...but I'd go elsewhere if I were you. I am.

I called OMNI because I had what I thought was a leaking water heater. The OMNI plumbers came out and replaced the water heater and four days later, I had a new water heater sitting in leaking water. I called OMNI and they offered for the same guy to come back, I requested the owner come out, and he came. Jason said it was not the water heater leaking but the water line and said for an additional $300 he would fix it. I said the original OMNI plumber should of properly diagnosed and fixed the leak the first time, and I do not feel I should of been charged extra to have the job fixed properly. Jason was arrogant and unprofessional and at that point I wanted the leaking water fixed and unhappily paid. I would not use this company again.
