Just the best plumbers around!! Albert and his team! . Quick fix for a job I was quiet worried about.. my grandmothers washer was "overflowing" for what we thought... it actually turned out to be a problem in her line ... one emergency call we didn't think would make the daily schedule actually happened too later that day, 30-45 minutes later during a time most are at dinner... the job was done. I most definitely recommend.

They responded right away and sent a tech out even though it was late at night on a Friday. Plumber replaced a few kinked hoses and was able to fix a leak coming from our water heater. They also offer a military discount so definitely ask. The repairs were EXPENSIVE $800. Would have been about $100 more with no discount! They also did leave the hallway where they were working quite dirty.

I had these guys come in a unclog a drain. they did a good quick job on that. But the part that got me was they came in my house with out shoe covers.(mind you they are walking in sewage and crap all day) tracked mud in the house and didn't clean up the mess they made. Not considerate of the home owners house.

This plumber, witch is not a big company is good at selling a job and getting the most out of your pocket. When the job does not go the way he expects, he will had on more money for trip fees and gas and whatever else he can think of.
He talks a good game but after you sign a contract he's off to see the next customer he can burn.
Company loves to take down payment and leave to start and finish other jobs
You've been warned and do not be fooled about the way he talks...

My husband contacted this company about a minor repair and asked for a quote. We were told they couldn't give us a quote without seeing it. When we asked for an hourly rate they wouldn't give that either. Said they could send out a plumber Monday so we booked it. Plumber came, did less than 1 hour work to fix a cold water faucet, then we we got the bill it was for $289 for an emergency service. My husband clarified that there was no emergency and that was the time for the appt he was given. Tech was good and knowledgeable, but we had an issue in our garage after they left and when my husband asked if they touched anything while in there, instead of calling to advise they came back. Owner then responded that Gas and labor are high and that is the cost seeing as he made 2 trips.
Despite several requests for a quote and then clarification on the actual costs, the owner responded with two extremely rude emails: " I see where this is going, people always want free stuff when there living beyond there means and they can't pay for repairs.....it's ok I'll give this one for you for free just don't ever call us again." Then a second email exactly one minute later "Don't worry about the income we know you can pay it (living above you means)" Then a 3rd email another minute later saying " Next time call a handyman because you can't afford a professional to make repairs". Not that the second email made any sense and his English sucks - but who the hell does he think he is to make assumptions on what we can and can not afford. My husband spoke to his rep on site about more work we needed done and was planning to hire him as the plumber was very professional. The OWNER however, not only needs a lesson in manners and business etiquette but is a complete ass!
For your information Albert, we will not be paying you, and not that it matters, but my husband and I could buy out your business if we so choose as we are both highly successful business people, and yes we have that much money. Good luck running your business this way.

I had several issue, water shut off valve on toilet needed to be replaced, shower fixtures and access panel installed. I can't say enough about Albert and his team they were very knowledgeable knocked out the job in no time, cleaned up behind themselves. Showed up early, explained everything and why it needed to be done. I was able to verify everything they told me and the cost with a friend who is a retired plumber. I will now only use Omega plumbing they did an excellent job.

They were quick to get me scheduled after the great freeze and quickly located my problem and gout it fixed at a reasonable rate. The plumber even was able to get my neighbor helped when they suddenly had a pipe burst unexpectedly.

During the winter storms, it seems as though price gouging was acceptable to Albert. He spent 15 minutes replacing a hose bib that blew out due to the freezing weather. The labor charges were $289, for a rate of over $1,100 an hour. Too bad, because he seemed very good at what he does, just taking advantage of the situation and customers.

Great Service...they arrived on time, which was very impressive considering I'd only made the appointment that morning. I was extremely satisfied with their work and will definitely contact them for all my plumbing services.

I had to install a wall gas heater in an investment property. That was the last item I needed to complete before being able to sell the property. I called several plumbers who didn't understand what I was needing or simply told me they didn't want to do the job. I finally spoke to Albert at Omega, he scheduled an appointment the following day! He showed up, provided a proposal, and got the job done!!! Thank you for the great service!
