I was referred to this company by my home warranty. He assessed the work, told me what work needed to be done. The next day I get a call from my home warranty that my claim was denied because according to the plumber there was no clean out. The plumber never asked to see our clean out, which we have two. I would not use this company and will be canceling my home warranty if this not corrected.

They came out the next morning, did a maintenance rooter then asked the questions that determined the bathroom needed a snake.

I appreciate that they're familiar with older homes and the quirky plumbing.

Will and his team are very professional and have done an amazing job in my home. They have replaced four toilets, fixed a shower valve and have replaced my hot water heater. They are very professional, reliable and courteous of our home and time. Highly recommended!!

Very bad service they over charge me and I called them to come back and fix my problem with my tub they guy he blocked me he said he had no time very bad customer service they came drunk or high because they were not acting normal I would not recommend them

I have a visit from a psychopath from Omega Plumbing & Rooters.
He was sent by old republic insurance plan to reset a toilet.
This guy made me wait for 5 hours, when he finally showed up, he was extremely rude and verbally violent!

I was so scared of being all alone with this guy in my apartment!
He has tattoos all over his neck, his arms and the side of his face.
Hands down, a nut job!

Do not hire him!
Do not deal with him.
Stay away from him at all costs.

He did nothing but yelling and letting his frustrating at me for half an hour, slammed the door and left!
Interestingly enough now Old Republic Home Warranty is charging me for his lovely visit!!!

I think all those 5 starts are from employees family and friends!!!

Omega plumbing came out to replace my water heater here in riverside. William came out with a great attitude and was very knowledgeable! I am absolutely grateful for the fast and friendly service. Don't judge a book by its cover. Will recommend him to everyone I know! Thank you William.

Update:

Well after speaking to Old Republic they will not cover our toilet due the report by William. We are hostage to his report.
We are left with a clogged line then being told by William. I can't lie on a report. I was like what... Why would he say that to me. Then being told by William I'm not coming back to unclog the drain until I replace the toilet.
Waiting on a second plumbing company to unclog the line which was reported on our first call. We don't mind to purchase and pay but we need to know why the original clog wasn't addressed. ( My husband plunged but still had debris. Slow water flush.)
You can be nice on time ect but to write a report stating the moth balls caused the failure of the toilet. When my husband said he put them to help cover the odor of the waste that was in the toilet..I don't think we would use that to cover odor if we know this could cause a failure or damage to a toilet..

Strange when men's restrooms have this in use all the time in the urinals... I wonder why they are not all are failing..?

We do have another toilet but this is such a waste of time.. 18 years with Old Republic. I've never had this issue...Old Republic has always taken care of the work preformed buy the contracted companies.
Can't wait to unclog the line and get a new toilet..
Waiting on another plumbing company..
Such an inconvenience..
