I began as a helper, captivated by how plumbing systems work, and after five years, I advanced to journeyman status. After spending another seven years with a company, I chose to start my own business to continue assisting people with their plumbing needs.

Omega plumbing came out to replace my water heater here in riverside. William came out with a great attitude and was very knowledgeable! I am absolutely grateful for the fast and friendly service. Don't judge a book by its cover. Will recommend him to everyone I know! Thank you William.

Update:
Well after speaking to Old Republic they will not cover our toilet due the report by William. We are hostage to his report.
We are left with a clogged line then being told by William. I can't lie on a report. I was like what... Why would he say that to me. Then being told by William I'm not coming back to unclog the drain until I replace the toilet.
Waiting on a second plumbing company to unclog the line which was reported on our first call. We don't mind to purchase and pay but we need to know why the original clog wasn't addressed. ( My husband plunged but still had debris. Slow water flush.)
You can be nice on time ect but to write a report stating the moth balls caused the failure of the toilet. When my husband said he put them to help cover the odor of the waste that was in the toilet..I don't think we would use that to cover odor if we know this could cause a failure or damage to a toilet..
Strange when men's restrooms have this in use all the time in the urinals... I wonder why they are not all are failing..?
We do have another toilet but this is such a waste of time.. 18 years with Old Republic. I've never had this issue...Old Republic has always taken care of the work preformed buy the contracted companies.
Can't wait to unclog the line and get a new toilet..
Waiting on another plumbing company..
Such an inconvenience..

I had a mainline backup at the cleanout in my yard. Put in a request through my warranty company. The first company had terrible reviews. I requested a new company. They dispatched Omega. They had really good reviews. William called me the next day and came out the same day. William and his team were strictly business and professional. They had my drain cleared in no time. I highly recommend Omega. He also gave me a good quote on a kitchen faucet. It's good to find people doing good service. Thanks William.

Our water heater went out and the first repair company that came to our home said parts were not available and we needed a new water heater. Omega not only figured out how to get the parts but were extremely responsive and fixed our water heater with the utmost professionalism.

William was referred to me through my home warranty company. My experience in the past with home warrnty companies hasn't always been great, but I have to say, William is fabulous! I am a real estate agent as well and have constant interactions with subcontractors. William installed a new water heater at our rental home. He was timely, communicative and efficient. I will be referring him to my clients in the future. If you're looking for an honest and reliable plumber, call Omega Plumbing. You won't be disappointed!

Had to replace my water heater and faucet earlier this month. Of all the plumbers I called, William was the first to answer my phone call. He always responded to my text promptly. He did a great job installing my new water heater and faucet. Not many plumbers do this but William brings his own shoe cover when he works inside the house so that your floor isn't muddied and stays clean.
Hoping I wouldn't have other plumbing issues in the near future but Omega Plumbing (William) would be the first company I call.
Thank you, William and your crew, for a great job again.

William seems to have many happy customers and a great reputation. However, William and his team are not someone I would trust or hire when it comes to tankless water heaters. We were asked to call William by our home warranty and the good news is that he was very responsive and professional. Unfortunately, William seems not to be qualified when it comes to assessing Water Heaters. With limited personal experience William did nothing more than call the manufacturer of our tankless water heater, Navien and walk through their troubleshooting steps. More frustrating was the fact that William refused to solve the problem after he reached his conclusion. It was silly and lacked critical thinking - William blamed the issue on ""crossed pipes"" or regulators in our valves being broken. When we reasoned with him that neither the pipes or the faucets had been changed - he didn't care to go further. When we explained that it was unlikely that all our sinks and all our faucets would stop working at once - that it had to be the water heater, he didn't seek to help us, he referred us back to the Home Warranty.
Perhaps the most upsetting was that instead of admitting to our home warranty that he was not qualified to do the job or render a decision, William chose to provide a report that put our coverage at risk. Thankfully our home warranty allowed for a second opinion and sent Go Water Heaters. GWHs sent over a great guy named Manny who we couldn't reccomended more!
William we appreciate your responsiveness but it's time to update your profile with Old Republic Home Warranty because 2 out of 3 plumbers diagnosed this as a water heater failure.
Our water heater has now been replaced and we now have hot water. If the issue had been our pipes or our faucet cartridges per Will/ the heater manudactuerer, then we would still in theory not have hot water
Again, it is not to say that Will is not a good plumber, it is that he clearly does not have enough experience with tankless water heaters to understand the nuaances/ different pieces of the device.

Omega plumbing replaced our water heater through our home warranty. He replaced it on 12/15, with a brand new water heater. February 9th the water heater broke again. I called and spoke with William I believe, explained the situation. The parts are covered through the warranty but not his labor. I explained to him he just replaced the water heater in December. I understand it's not his fault it broke again but he should stand behind his work. The parts were covered but not his labor and he wanted to charge us again. He had just paid him in December for the installation. He was very rude and obviously doesn't have customer service. Wouldn't recommend this plumber.

My sink was clogged and they came out got the job done quick and we'll done. They also helped me navigate an issue with the insurance company. Highly recommend!

Had mini plumbing emergency yesterday with a clogged toilet and backed up bathtub that was filling with sewage.
Enter: my home warranty company, AHS. I contact them at 4pm yesterday and after going back and forth with them (I was assigned 3 other plumbers who I had a very difficult time contacting and were not able to service my home any sooner than next week) I get assigned to Omega today at around 8:45am.
After a quick phone call to the Omega team, I give them a brief overview of what's going on and they let me know they'll be arriving with a 3-7pm window. Not ideal, but at this point I'm just very excited to have a plumber coming out today.
To my very pleasant surprise, I get a call from Omega at 1pm asking if they can stop by in the next 30 minutes.
By they arrive at 1:10pm and by 1:35pm, the clog was fixed, tub drained, and an unrelated 3rd plumbing issue has been resolved. The Omega team was very kind and answered my questions about how to avoid the issue in the future.
Hands down the most efficient and professional plumbers I've ever had out to my home. I cannot recommend them enough and I'm honestly surprised they have a home warranty contract. Most plumbers on home warranties are scammy and just looking to make a quick buck. But not Omega. If I ever have another plumbing issue during my home warranty term, I'm only accepting work orders that are assigned to Omega. And if I ever cancel the warranty, Omega will definitely be my go to for all future plumbing needs.
If you're lucky enough to get assigned Omega by your home warranty be happy because you're going to get top quality and friendly service. I will absolutely be recommending Omega to all my friends and family in the area.
