I had a slow leak but I could not remove the faucet as it was soldered. So, of course, it broke. Spoke to William and he advised he would try to see me later in evening and if not the next day. He requested pix of the pipe/faucet and when he saw the pix, he realized this was something that required immediate attention and he came ready to replace the pipe and faucet. He took time to explain the process, provided me with some basic instructions for removal should I experience another leak. Thank you William. I appreciate the courtesy, responsiveness, and professionalism (which is so rare today). Should I need a plumber in the future, I will contact you!

I have a slab leak at the kitchen area I was so worry because my floor is marble thank i found this company OMEGA PLUMBING AND ROOTER William the plumber fix the leak he do a by pass at the line do not break my expense floor just some dry wall holes which is cheaper repair that my floor.

Talk about the nicest guys in plumbing! William came over to fix a leaky shower head and he was so polite and kind and did a fantastic job finding the leak and installing a new shower head. Then, a week later, when I decided that I wanted my old shower head back on, he came right over, at no charge and reinstalled it, and because he'd fixed it, it wasn't leaky anymore, Talk about great customer service. I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat.

Same day service. I explained the symptoms and William understood me perfectly. We skipped the camera and he dove right in. That saves $$. Break in line was exactly where we suspected. He had it done in a couple hours and hydro jetted the line. There was a pool of black grease under the clean-out. I probably should have agreed to that 10 plumbers ago but I'm a cheap skate. I have a home warranty service (Fidelity) so I paid only the $75 co-pay. I may give these guys a try for clients!
