William is so efficient and work is thorough! I wasted time and money on another plumbing company who made everything more difficult for William, but he still got it done. I trust Williams work and appreciate him moving appointments around because I had a plumbing emergency!!! where as the other plumbing company was ok for my family and I to be left without hot water for over four days, not William! Thank you so much for your help I truly appreciate you and will be using your services from now on.

can't be more happy with Omega plumbing, my drain was backed up and I called a local plumbing service to come over and they told me i need to pay 900 to fix it (and they cannot guarantee it will be fixed for sure), so i have to call the ahs and asked them to assign a plumber to come, luckily, and I called William and he picked up the phone immediately, and we scheduled an appointment and he was very on time. it takes him only a few mins to fix the problem and I am so thankful to his help.

Very rude and unprofessional. Was told that people stay without hot water for weeks, sorry but that other people not my family. Also was late for every appointment set up by them. If I could give them a 0 I would. Not doing our work for free. Your being paid. Would never recommended them for anything . Was told to find someone else to do ""You God dame work"" by the employee.

Omega was referred for me via American Home Shield, my home warranty provider in response to my reporting a clogged kitchen drain. When I tried clearing it myself with a power rooter with no success I called AHS. I then contacted Omega the next day and Robert came out the following day. He could not clear the clog with his heavy duty power rooter and indicated that a hydro jet was needed which is a more expensive but necessary option for stubborn clogs. Omega contacted AHS for the required authorization for the hydro jet which was granted. Robert came out today (Sunday) with the hydro jet and skilled operator and had the drains fully cleared within 30 minutes. I fully endorse Omega. Robert is a cordial, skilled efficient pro as is the hydro jet tech.
