William was great. He was assigned to is by my brothers Home Warranty Policy. Tenants said there was a gas leak. Gas company went out turned off gas. William tells us the gas leak is coming from the water heater. So he got us a new water heater and fixes 4 more leaks throughout the condo. William was fast, efficient and has a good sense of humor. William, who is the supervisor, and another plumber came out today to fix what another plumber hadn't bothered to repair properly. He and his assistant were clean, professional, and got the job done without excuses. He checked to be sure the draining on my washing machine was functioning properly and then had me check it as well to be sure. He was thorough and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
