My annoying drain issue just completely overflowed for the first time, and it needed to be taken care of asap! I knew finding a plumber in the winter, and on Dec 30th, could be a real challenge. I connected with Omega through Yelp. They were the first to reply, and they were the first to call.

We were lucky they had a cancellation. They coordinated an appointment with my renters, and arrived within a couple of hours.

They were very clear on how they worked and bill for the job. They were professional, reasonable, skilled, and communicative. They completed a drain issue we have been fighting for 6 months.

I understand this challenge may return. I hope it does not. At least next time I will know right away the company to call.

We had an issue with our water heater at around 7:30 pm - We had no hot water at all! I called several other plumbing companies that advertised 24/7 emergency service; however, I found that wasn't the case - They were not able to get anyone to our house for a few days!! Finally, I called Omega - Unfortunately, I did not catch the name of the man that we spoke to, but he is our hero!! He walked my husband through the repair of the water heater on a face-time call - Fortunately, it was a simple fix!! But, instead of coming to our house and charging us $150 for a service call, he did everything via the phone and would not accept any payment at all for his time!! We were shocked at the level of customer service - It's hard to find these days! Moving forward, we will only use Omega for any future plumbing issues. Thank you so much for your help!!

I was attempting a plumbing project which resulted in a broken pipe in my wall. My family had no water, so I called Omega and was able to get Jerry to my home within an hour. He advised a plan of action and went to work. My water was restored within hours, and he replaced my water heater as well the next day. Service was very professional and all my questions were answered. Jerry, you are the man.

Absolute criminals. Do not have this kid do anything complicated in your house. You will regret it. Call a bigger company, this outfit just does not have the experience to provide quality plumbing, and does not have the ethic to admit its limitations. I'm sure he can handle clogged toilets because he is himself, full of sh**.

This is a newly installed tankless water heater. Junior and Gerry installed it over this weekend and it has been amazing. This sleek tankless water heater never runs out of hot water and it takes up less space than a traditional water heater. The service was professional and quick. I really appreciate Junior and Gerry being so thorough and cleaning up after the job was completed.

Thank you to Jerry and Junior for their prompt and amazing service. Had a leaking toilet base and called Jerry on the snowiest Sunday of the year. He was kind and courteous and sent Junior right away.

Junior arrived during a snowstorm in less than an hour and got immediately to work.

He was able to re-seat my toilet with a new wax ring and also alerted me to other issues that will need to be addressed in a very honest and straightforward manner.

I will be doing business with Omega in the future and highly recommend Junior for any plumbing needs.

Super disappointing experience with this company. Quick response on the initial walk through with Junior - very nice guy - about the work we needed done. Said we'd have an estimate in a few days. Few days pass, then a few more, so I call to inquire and check that my email address is correct. It is and I am promised an estimate ""this afternoon or Monday morning"". Few days pass again... and again... so I call to check in again. The girl on the phone is unnecessarily snippy with me... yes, dear, I understand I am not the only customer you have. A few days later... still don't have my estimate but it doesn't matter... you have lost my business.
