You truly can't ask for better service. Not only are they incredibly responsive, but so good at what they do! We had some shotty gas lines hooked up to a fire pit done by the previous owners of our house and Jerry was able to come out, assess the situation, give us his professional opinion, and fix our issue same day. All for a very reasonable cost. He was efficient and friendly. We have found our plumber for as long as the company is in business! Thank you Jerry!

Loved working with everyone at Omega, great communication and professional. I picked up three new toilets for them to install and after I had to replace a few that were broken they came out out and squared everything up for me. Jerry and Junior knocked out the work fast and did some great work. Being a business owner, I can say how wonderful it was to see someone who cares about what they do. Without a doubt the best in town! We are beyond happy and grateful for the entire Omega business. We had an emergency situation in our home with our water heater and was quickly relieved with our initial call to Omega. We were insured we would be taken care and felt immediate ease. They were concerned and even offered to come late night. We chose to wait for the following day. Immediately after I hung up with the operator I got a call from Junior, he was so professional and was very willing to come out and help immediately. We respect everyone's time and knew we could wait until the following day to get this issue resolved. He gave us some pointers and even told us what the problem could possibly be. First thing this morning I got a follow up text to come service our unit. We were so grateful for this! Junior showed up within the hour. He immediately found the issue and gave us different options and suggestions. At no point did we feel pressured! He is very knowledgeable, helpful and so polite. We really liked how in depth he went over everything with us. We were quoted, we agreed and Junior was back a few hours later to get started. Both dad and son worked very efficiently and made sure everything lined up perfectly for us. We will continue to business with Omega and thank them beyond words from our first initial call to the end of our service. We feel like new again! We appreciate you all for your promptness, willingness, efficiency. This is the only family business you will need for your plumbing and heating issues we promise!

I had the distinct pleasure to have this company address a problem I had with a ""problem sink"". The crew that came out was fantastic and gave me an estimate immediatly . On the day they arrived to do the work there were a few problem that came up, however, their efficiency in addressing these challenges was ""fantastic"". Our water heater went out and we gave them a call. The very next day, they showed up. They gave an honest recommendation to replace the water heater. We agreed and they showed up and installed it. They were very professional and they replaced the water heater and took out the old one. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has any issues.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink. It turned out that the pipe connecting our garbage disposal was leaking. Jerry the technician tightened everything and all is working and no more leaks. His customer service was top notch. I will definitely call on him again if I need any plumbing work.
