Super disappointing experience with this company. Quick response on the initial walk through with Junior - very nice guy - about the work we needed done. Said we'd have an estimate in a few days. Few days pass, then a few more, so I call to inquire and check that my email address is correct. It is and I am promised an estimate ""this afternoon or Monday morning"". Few days pass again... and again... so I call to check in again. The girl on the phone is unnecessarily snippy with me... yes, dear, I understand I am not the only customer you have. A few days later... still don't have my estimate but it doesn't matter... you have lost my business.

I called Omega Plumbing & Heating to replace a leaky outdoor faucet before temperatures dropped below freezing. Junior came to assess the faucet and give me an estimate before beginning the project. As the faucet had to be completely replaced, it would require more time. I made an appointment for the beginning of the following week to make the repair.

Junior showed up on time, and completed the repair in a few hours. This was impressive because he had to go under the house and go to Home Depot for an additional part. He was friendly, punctual and didn't leave anything for me to clean up.

I am pleased that Omega Plumbing & Heating was able to repair the faucet within a week of calling them. The price was reasonable for such an in-depth repair, and now my flower garden won't have a permanent wet patch next year. I would highly recommend this company for simple or complicated plumbing fixes- in fact, I am going to call them again soon to fix my clogged tub!

They're a little pricey but for good reasons... top notch work. I haven't gotten service like this since never. Trustworthy people and things got done in a timely manner, very polite, knowledgeable, communicative and just awesome vibes from the whole team.

I had a leak in my kitchen sink. I called at 1:30 pm and a technician Jr arrived by 4 pm. He was able to fix my leak that night. So far, so good. I will definitely use this company again. I have never had same day service as an existing client, so to have it as a new client was refreshing.

Friendly, helpful, and prompt in returning calls. However, we did not use them because their quoted price was $200 - $250 higher than the three other places we called. I think they need to revisit their price structure especially in this day and age where everyone is tightening the purse strings.

Javier is amazing and a very hard worker. They responded to my online inquiry within 2 hours and scheduled me within 24 hours. They were honest and fair. Javier stuck around to make sure the garbage disposal and dish washer were no longer leaking and explained to call them immediately if it starts doing it again and he would come back out no problem. It was expensive (home repairs usually are) but completely worth it. Thanks again and you earned yourself a happy costumer who will continue to use your services from here on out!

I ended up going with another provider for water heating services but I have to say that the tech was very helpful and knowledgeable over the phone and although I was hoping a reset button would solve my problems and not an expensive $2k issue, I am happy to say that their guidance was valuable.

You truly can't ask for better service. Not only are they incredibly responsive, but so good at what they do! We had some shotty gas lines hooked up to a fire pit done by the previous owners of our house and Jerry was able to come out, assess the situation, give us his professional opinion, and fix our issue same day. All for a very reasonable cost. He was efficient and friendly. We have found our plumber for as long as the company is in business! Thank you Jerry!

Loved working with everyone at Omega, great communication and professional. I picked up three new toilets for them to install and after I had to replace a few that were broken they came out out and squared everything up for me. Jerry and Junior knocked out the work fast and did some great work. Being a business owner, I can say how wonderful it was to see someone who cares about what they do. Would highly recommend and plan on using them again.

Without a doubt the best in town! We are beyond happy and grateful for the entire Omega business. We had an emergency situation in our home with our water heater and was quickly relieved with our initial call to Omega. We were insured we would be taken care and felt immediate ease. They were concerned and even offered to come late night. We chose to wait for the following day. Immediately after I hung up with the operator I got a call from Junior, he was so professional and was very willing to come out and help immediately. We respect everyone's time and knew we could wait until the following day to get this issue resolved. He gave us some pointers and even told us what the problem could possibly be. First thing this morning I got a follow up text to come service our unit. We were so grateful for this! Junior showed up within the hour. He immediately found the issue and gave us different options and suggestions. At no point did we feel pressured! He is very knowledgeable, helpful and so polite. We really liked how in depth he went over everything with us. We were quoted, we agreed and Junior was back a few hours later to get started. Both dad and son worked very efficiently and made sure everything lined up perfectly for us. We will continue to business with Omega and thank them beyond words from our first initial call to the end of our service. We feel like new again! We appreciate you all for your promptness, willingness, efficiency. This is the only family business you will need for your plumbing and heating issues we promise!
