I was having issues with my sewer and called several companies for estimates. When I asked around my neighborhood, several people recommended me to Omega. Everyone said how honest and straight forward, and reasonable they were...so I gave them a call and they were right on time and very nice gentlemen.

At the very end they didn't charge me what they said they would, they actually SAVED me some money, they underpromised and over delivered! I highly recommend this company.

update: 5/8/22---- the two ""technicians"" submitted a response to the warranty company that the drain was ""un-repairable because of roots"". these two crack specialists never even touched one tool, barely looked at the drain and never came one foot from the opening!!!!!!!! then they diagnosed it as root damage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they were lazy and up-selling from the minute they got out of the truck. they were as clean as someone working at macy's which means they work -- zero!!!!!! i went to home depot, bought a rubber end for my garden hose for $11 -- came home and put it on my hose and had a full working sewer in less than 2 minutes... beware of this company 100% they are up-selling from the minute they open the pretty white truck door that shows no use for plumbing. the owner was to call and he did not so i submitted a complaint to the contractors board. these two sharp sales people would screw their own mother!!! happy mothers day to me. thank god i am not as lazy as their technicians!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the topper to this is that the warranty company denied my claim (remember omega was going to force me to pay them to even get the claim assessed and when i didn't pay them for showing up and doing nothing they told the warranty company i had roots. they never even got within one foot of the drain opening let alone did a damn thing!!!!! _______________________________________________________ i had a mainline back up. i have a warranty for the plumbing. this company- choice home warranty is the biggest fraud you will ever run into-- 7 days now sewer--- they called two unlicensed ""handymen"" to come before this horrible company-- clearly anyone who works cheap and can sell you more than you need is the key to choice home warranty!!!!--- this company came out at the request of the warranty company. two men dressed in nice clean clothes got out of the truck. they had no tools to do the work. they looked at the opening to the line and said ""we collect your deductible then we go back to the office and get authorization from the warranty company"". what???? what are you getting authorized? you don't have a clue what is wrong with it! it could be a simple stoppage that the plumbing snake can handle! they were going to up sell and get as much as they could for the claim. in the meantime they had no intentions of doing anything. don't use this company. they were up selling and doubling the costs from the minute they drove on the property.

Pipes for the sprinkler system froze and cracked in the winter and we had to get the pipe fixed asap before our lawn was ruined. These guys got my quote, came by to check it out, got the parts, fixed the pipe, explained to me how to winterize my system, and explained some of the parts of the irrigation system that were never explained to us -- all in less than 3 hours!!! Not sure if they are always this quick, but I was surely grateful at the same day, quick and efficient service. These guys are professional, efficient, and are relatively affordable. Highly recommend!
