I had to write a review for Omega Plumbing because they have truly gone above and beyond for us on numerous occasions. They installed the plumbing during our basement renovation and did a superb job. Also, we have had to call them for emergency service when our water heater went out. Colin has provided a 5-star job every time we've called on Omega! I can't say enough about this company and the integrity they exhibit and excellent service.

I have no problem with the plumber who did a nice job. My issue is being quoted $155/hr plus material then being charged a mortgage payment with NO detailed invoice. The job took 3 1/4 hrs and required maybe $200 in materials- I got charged over $1100. I supplied the softener & filter but maybe they forgot that (Don't know I never saw an invoice). Left 3 messages with Phil who was going to get me that invoice two weeks ago, he must be busy.
Shame on me for trusting their word and not using a payment form I could dispute.
I feel very ripped off & would never recommend Omega to anyone.

Bill from Omega did an awesome job detecting and repairing a drain leak in my home. He was very professional and friendly. I have used Omega Plumbing Inc. many times and I highly recommend them!!

Our hot water heater sprung a leak at about 11pm. We spent about 4 hours cleaning up the mess and went to Home Depot the following day to purchase a new one. We were given a piece of paper that said go home and wait for a plumber to call. Instead I contacted my daughter for a recommendation and she recommended Omega. I spoke with Phil on the phone and he arranged to have a plumber come in about 4 hours. And guess what? he was here exactly as promised. The entire job of removing the old and installing the new took only about 2 hours. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Had to replace 2 outdoor spigots that were leaking and in poor condition. Originally planned to replace myself but due to the location on the inside of my house, it would have taken a considerable amount of time and effort. Omega's plumbing technician arrived and completed this job in approximately 90 minutes. The competed job was great. Bill, the Plumbing Technician, performed all work in a very efficient manner. He was extremely knowledgable, courteous, and customer focused. Cleaned up well and checked entire system. Omega (and Bill the plumber) did outstanding work for a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend for plumbing work.
