Our hot water heater sprung a leak at about 11pm. We spent about 4 hours cleaning up the mess and went to Home Depot the following day to purchase a new one. We were given a piece of paper that said go home and wait for a plumber to call. Instead I contacted my daughter for a recommendation and she recommended Omega. I spoke with Phil on the phone and he arranged to have a plumber come in about 4 hours. And guess what? he was here exactly as promised. The entire job of removing the old and installing the new took only about 2 hours. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Had to replace 2 outdoor spigots that were leaking and in poor condition. Originally planned to replace myself but due to the location on the inside of my house, it would have taken a considerable amount of time and effort. Omega's plumbing technician arrived and completed this job in approximately 90 minutes. The competed job was great. Bill, the Plumbing Technician, performed all work in a very efficient manner. He was extremely knowledgable, courteous, and customer focused. Cleaned up well and checked entire system. Omega (and Bill the plumber) did outstanding work for a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend for plumbing work.

These folks are unbelievably good and fantastic to work with. Bob, Pat and the entire office are just a pleasure to deal with. I've had to use them several times over the past few weeks for work done on my mother's house. They are reliable, trustworthy, always on time, patient ... We had a clog in our laundry drain. Brandon came out less than an hour after I called. The clog was really deep and Brandon kept trying different tools and access points until he was able to reach and clear the clog, which was almost 50 feet deep. He never gave up. He was kind, courteous and kept me updated through the whole process. It took him a couple of hours but he was able to clear the problem, which I'm extremely grateful for. The next step would have been digging up plumbing from under the house, and because of his diligence we avoided that problem. Their price was more than fair and I would call Omega Plumbing again for any plumbing needs.
