We have used Julio for several years now for everything. I initially started working with Julio in 2014 when our rental condo flooded and caused severe damage. We had to tear out everything down to the studs. Julio was amazing. He did everything! Julio fully rebuilt our 2 bed/2 bath condo with 2 new bathrooms (with beautiful new tile work), all new drywall, electrical, plumbing, lighting, flooring for the entire condo (including all the City of Richmond permits, which was very cumbersome), and a beautiful new kitchen. Julio did it beautifully and on time. Since then, we have used Julio to do a face lift on our main home when we sold it, and he does all the repairs on all our other rentals. I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else. Julio is so hardworking and honest and just a really good guy.

i own a general contractors rental business and wanted to give our show room a new face. contacted outside of the city due to high pricing and came across Omega. fast response with onsite quote. i had some ideas in mind and with their professional opinion made some
adjustments and our plan to remodel was better than expected. Julio was adept in all the suggestions , job was done in a timely manner as promised with no bumps in the process. Omega was outstanding and i look forward to hiring them in the future. highly recommend

No. No. And NO. Contacted them in early September for a simple fence replacement and repair. They told me they could start mid October. Did an estimate Sept. 19, I had a few minor questions and changes on the original estimate. I wrote to them requesting the revised estimate and wrote that I was planning on using them. After a couple weeks I got a call from the office person and we went over details, she said I would be getting an estimate soon. I waited and waited. Sent another email and no response. Sent another one TODAY--Oct 17, The week they said they would be able to start the work, asking where the estimate was and what should I do. They sent me a curt email telling me that they are way too busy and to find someone else. WOW. Left me hanging for almost 6 weeks. Anyone know a GOOD contractor to fix a fence that desperately needs it?

I had a flood in my home and after the water damage restoration was complete my home looked stripped. I wanted to cry. I decided to hire Omega Construction based on their positive reviews on Yelp to bring my home back to life. They did a fabulous job. You would never know that I had open walls and no flooring. It looks better than it did before the flood. It was also a pleasure to do business with Maria who is the wife of Julio and handles all the logistics. Very professional and I will be hiring them again to do work on my home.

I read a lot of reviews of the local contractors in my area and decided to go with Omega Construction. I called for an estimate and Julio came out the same day to estimate the work needed on some flooring issues in my bathroom. We agreed on the price on new flooring and other services in my bathroom and we were ready to go.
As Julio was working on my bathroom, he made sure I understood what he was doing throughout the day. There were a few more issues he found as he was working and he explained in detail what needed to be done. I always expect some issues to come up as our house is older, built in the 1960s.
Julio's team worked very well and they cleaned up nicely afterwards. The flooring was reinforced and looks really nice. A vanity, mirror cabinet and toilet bowl were installed perfectly. I believe Omega Construction is fairly priced and I already know that if I need something done on my house in the future, I will call Omega Construction.

We initially contacted them for some handyman work: removing a door and sink and filling in/texturing the remaining walls, installing 2 ceiling fans, and moving a light-switch and thermostat. After finding out that they also are general contractors they have also built us a Tuff Shed and removed a tree and it's stump from the back patio, and saved us from a very expensive kitchen cabinet-refacing job by instead remodeling the entire kitchen: all new electrical wiring and outlets, raising the ceiling and new lighting, new cabinets and pantry, new counter and island quartz tops, installation of appliances, and painting. We are THRILLED!!! Julio & crew stayed within budget, were very creative in design process, took care of all the permits and cleaned up all the construction mess. Maria was so helpful - from clear billing invoices to sharing her own kitchen design. Omega is our contractor for life! We can't recommend them more highly!!!

I contacted Omega construction to move and install my kitchen appliances and washer/dryer after a flooring remodel. The person that took them out was no longer available and I was stressed out about the idea of living without a kitchen (and in general disarray) for another 3-4 days. I called their office...Maria was very helpful in getting me an estimate. Julio arrived on time, provided a written estimate and even worked in my job for the next day. They arrived on time, moved and installed everything needed and left me extremely pleased! Glad I found this company and will use them for future projects around our home.
