Terrible customer service. They were supposed to fix our washing machine and told us to move it ourselves. In addition, some weird girl comes along with the technician (both of them reeking of smoke) and just stands there. Terrible with responding to texts and phone calls. Was only using this company because our home warranty suggested them. Will NEVER use this horrible, unprofessional company again.

O'Meara Restorations recently repaired a plumbing issue for us that was a result from a previous faulty install.
Great job, fixed the problem plus a mother issue from the previous installer.
They explained what the issue was fixed it cleaned up all of the mess! And tested our water!
We could not have asked for two nicer guys. We highly recommend O'Meara Restorations.

Short notice plumbing emergency. Called O'Meara via our home warranty service company and although there is a 24-hour period to respond, O'Meara was exceptional at adding us to their schedule immediately. Justin was our plumber who came prepared, did an outstanding job, and was completely professional. Further, he provided additional recommendations to help stave off any future challenges. Great customer service and work provided.

Outstanding company. I had an electrical issue with a ceiling fan. One company told me that I'd have to replace the entire ceiling fan. O'Meara Restorations looked at it and indicated it needed a part. They (O'Meara) were able to repair the ceiling fan, which I really wanted to keep.
Therefore, I highly recommend O'Meara Restorations. And, I will certainly put them at the top of my list for future electrical and plumbing work.

This company was the best. After I told Trish my issues with my warranty company and the unqualified person they sent to fix my water heater, she immediately got Joe to come out the next day. He fixed my water heater with no complaints, issues or problems. Joe answered my questions and cleaned up when he was done. Such professionalism and care. Customer service means a lot to me. They are #1 in my view!!! The best!! I recommend this company to anyone who wants to have a professional who likes their job and knows their job as well as helping others, opposed to someone who's burnt out, and just collecting a check. Excellent customer service. Made an appointment for a tech to service our garbage disposal. Had a medical emergency on the day of the appointment. The tech, I believe Justin was his name, went above and beyond with his communication, via text and phone, to make sure we were taken care of in a timely, professional manner. The capper was his concern for the positive outcome relating to the medical emergency that occurred that day. Can't express how nice it was to be on the receiving end of great customer service all around from O'meara Restorations. Highly recommended!! Thank you!

We have a service contract for our home and although using these home warranty companies can be a nightmare for anyone who has one, fortunately when we have had a problem with our HVAC or plumbing, the warranty company has sent O'Meara Restorations. I love this company because they confirm the appointment with you, then they email or text you a reminder, then they text letting you know when the technician will arrive or text if they're running late and they don't waste your time with bs. Trish is professional and thorough and the technicians are as well. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants a well organized and professional company working on your home problems or issues.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS
November 2019, we had a service contract to repair our water pipe. We paid 50% of the cost. They said the need to contact DC water to schedule closing of the pipe. 2019 ended, nothing happened. The pandemic came, still nothing happened. We started contacting them again in August 2020 and they said that the person that was talking to us already left the company, hence, they can't do anything about it. I posted a bad review on google and facebook and so they got angry. They said they will do the job if we remove the review. They owe us $2,500+++ anyways. So i did. But come November and December 2020 again, and nothing happened. The woman in-charge just kept screaming at my colleague for no apparent reason. So now, i am returning this review hoping that no one will ever use them.
