Will never call again. When I casually asked Andrew to grab his mask, that was hanging in his van literally within arm's reach, he got rude with me, even when I told him I had a vulnerable family member. He blamed ME for having not mentioned it over the phone. I don't care how long I waited for an appointment for a $150 estimate, I will not allow someone like that in my home. Someone who clearly disregards my family's personal safety will not be allowed near my gas lines!

Izzy and Andrew. I liked these people. Olympic plumbed in the water lines for a bathroom addition. Unfortunately, Andrew made an improper connection and the water going to the new toilet came directly from the well. He connected on the wrong side of the house filtration system. The water in the new toilet always looked like it needed to be flushed. Mistakes happen, its not the end of the world.
My wife and I both called numerous times and left numerous messages asking Olympic to fix their mistake. They never returned our calls. I finally called another plumber (Union Plumbing) to make the proper connection. It cost me another $200 but was totally worth it. I am completely baffled as to why Olympic does not stand by their work. I would never use them again or recommend their business.

Followed covid rules, knew what needed to be done and did it well. We were glad to get it done knowing that the longer it occurring the more we would have had damage. Followup suggestions were key too. Second time out. Last time took forever with a garbage disposal line that was not connected properly and had to be snaked with power. But no super extra charges and it was challenging! We put the new disposal in ourselves.

Had them out for several repairs and the did all the plumbing for my basement. Great service. Excellent communication and a professional job. They even gave me great recommendations on other trades persons I needed that worked out awesome as well. They are definitely saved in my contacts for anything I need. No better way to recommend them than that.

Called to have a faucet replaced last Thursday. No call back as of Monday. Don't waste your time or money. They obviously don't need it!

I just called and the girl said that she can't even get someone to come look at my leaking pipe until mid October!!!!! Really????!!!!! That's great that they're booked out that far, but hire some more people if you're that busy.

Add this business to your list of must haves!!! If i could give10 stars I would. Izzy in the office really worked hard to get someone to me asap. Andrew did a FANTASTIC job fixing multiple plumbing problems - clogged sink, dysfunctional dishwasher, leaking toilet - everything taken care of in a very reasonable amount of time, including hauling away the dishwasher. Cost was fair and they even give a senior discount!!! I completely recommend Olympic!

After a house inspection found some things, we called around and reviewed reviews, we called Olympic plumbing based on the reviews, and we were very impressed with Andrew. He was thorough and friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He came over the same day we called and showed up early. Took his time and evaluated the situation . He fixed everything on the list. On a side note, our dogs loved him...
