We called Olympic Plumbing a few days ago when we discovered a pipe in our basement leaking onto our basement floor. Other plumbing companies told us they couldn't come out for three days, or they simply didn't return our calls. Olympic Plumbing sent someone out that morning to address the problem. While there was a delay in the plumber's schedule, they called to let us know they would be late (a little flexibility is necessary, especially on a last minute call such as ours, so we certainly didn't hold it against them).

Not only did Olympic fix our problem quickly, they gave us great information about how to maintain our old pipes to keep things running smoothly. We will likely be repiping our house soon and will definitely give Olympic a call!

Olympic Plumbling Technology was great and provided quick and professional service when we had a major plumbing/septic issue. Our septic drain line got crushed from a tree root and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it quick. This happened during the holiday season, so it was even more stressful (as water couldn't be used until fixed). They were clear through the process and were able to accomplish the project when they said they would.

I had a pretty serious issue with my septic line, and when I called Olympic Plumbing Technology and explained that 'we can't use our toilets,' they came right over. They were prompt, efficient, and courteous. The bill was very reasonable, and I feel as I received outstanding over-all service. And, yes, the toilet once again flushes.
Sometimes when you call a service company, you wonder to yourself it they're going to stick it to you. Not with these folks. I keep their number handy should I ever need help with ANY plumbing needs.
Travis, the great technician who serviced my system, said OPT also installs gas fireplaces - something I hope to have done in the next year or so. I will definitely be calling these folks. Why wouldn't I? I trust these folks.

We discovered our water heater broke today. OPT was out within 2 hours, assessed the problem, returned with a new heater and had it installed soon thereafter. They were friendly, skilled and kept us well informed throughout the repairs.
We have used them before and were pleased, so they were the only ones we called. They will be next time as well.

My new go-to plumbers. They promptly solved a problem whose solution had eluded two other major area plumbers. The ""technology"" part of their name is serious - they used a camera to diagnose the problem, which neither of the other two plumbers bothered to do. It was a difficult problem (a pressure-assisted toilet in a commercial store-front, with the outlet blocked by a credit card) that required removing the toilet from its base - so it ended up taking more time and work than the other plumbers invested in it, but the cost was equal to or less than the others had charged - and the other plumbers didn't even resolve the problem! Fast, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and all at a very competitive price. Wish I'd called them first. Highly recommended.
