Dishonest Company. They will charge at least $ 200 more than the competitors. They do not honor warranties (10 months) and the estimate they provide will always been under what they actually charged. First estimate was for $900, Larry charged $1400. Then within 10 months we had to have him come back. After the completion of the first job, he said if any issues arise it would be under warranty for one year. Then after nine months of the installation of the new vanity it started to clog. Then Larry came the second time, he played dumb and then he charged us $500 for labor for a 20-minute job. This Company is full of Con-Artist, and they will not honor warranties. Also, the second time Larry smelled of alcohol. In his defense it was a Friday. You can do much better.

I hired Larry to replace two faucets--one in the kitchen, and one in the laundry room. (I supplied both fixtures.) The kitchen installation is okay, but I found that the basement connection was leaking the next day. I called him, and he came out to fix it. The next day, the faucet was leaking again. He came out again and worked on it. The next day, the faucet still leaked, and the system now had developed a loud water hammer. He said he could install arrestors, since I didn't have any, but there would be a further charge. I reminded him that the system did have arrestors--in the form of long pipes above the basement faucet--which had worked well in the past. I also informed him that I wouldn't be hiring him to do anything more. He came out to fix things again, and it seemed okay at the time. I told him, though, that if this didn't resolve the problems, I would ask for a refund of the installation price. I asked him if that sounded fair to him. He chuckled and said that it did. The next day, the faucet connection still leaked. The hammer was better, but still there. I asked for a refund by email, but he did not respond. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and he didn't respond to them, either. I have no confidence in his ability to do a competent job or to stand by his ""worry free guarantee."" Do not hire.

Larry came out promptly the next day to fix our outdoor spigot/pipe which had sprung a leak. He did a great job fixing everything including moving the pipe so we did not have any exposed external piping. Would highly recommend.

Needed a complete replacement of bathroom faucet. Larry spent much time to assure it was done to our liking. He was efficient , knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Would recommend him and use him for future work. Price worth his time and effort.

Plumber visited and is not competent in his work. Ordered work for a laundry box and for piping to be replaced. Contractor did not understand the assignment and caused further plumbing issues. Whenever the lines were turned on there was an even more aggressive leak than before. Plumber reported it was getting late and he demanded payment, it was then when we refused to pay until he fixed his damages. Instead of fixing the damages he explained it's gonna be an additional charge for him to fix his mistake, he caused to our property, he continue to cause further property damage and throwing a tantrum before being escorted out. Would not recommend, customer service is completely absent.

Called and asked to get an estimate for some plumbing work. Lied and said would take care of all aspects of the job. Came to give an estimate and charged $89 but never got the estimate...shady business I would avoid

Yes, yes, and yes again. We were so pleased with Larry's attentiveness, pricing, and professionalism. What we thought was a teeny tiny problem became a HUUUUGE issue that was entirely resolved thanks to Olympian Plumbing! So grateful to have found Larry.

You will not regret it. Also- love the text updates about arrivals and things since we all know plumbing project timelines/estimates vary.

Had a leaky faucet that needed to be replaced. Larry Kohn and Olympian Plumbing discussed our parameters and we came up with the faucet we were looking to have installed.

Prompt, courteous, very fairly priced. Most of all they got the job done in a quick and timely fashion with no problems.

I am very pleased by the quality of work and communication by Larry and Olympian Plumbing.I reached out to Olympian in the evening about water draining slowly in my home's bathtub. Larry and the team at Olympian promptly booked an estimate during the time I requested for the following day. Larry diagnosed the issue and called me with a few options to consider. He also sent me a link to a page where I could read these recommendations, and approve one of them. Larry was not only able to eliminate the clog, which was 20 feet down in the sewer line, he did the work at a fair price, and sent photos with a clear invoice when he was finished. Our sump pump went out which prompted the call to Olympian Plumbing but we also had some other non-critical plumbing work to do. Olympian Plumbing was timely, professional and very fair.
