I had a leak from a second floor bathroom to my living room on the first floor, and was in dire need of capable and reliable plumbing repair, mold removal, and reconstruction. I enlisted Olympia Services to take care of business, and they got the job done. Every member of the crew was friendly and attentive to detail. In some cases, they went the extra mile in their work, which I appreciated of course. The office and project manager were easy to communicate with and responsive to my questions and needs, and their coordination with my insurance company made the entire process much more smooth. I enthusiastically recommend Olympia Services if something goes awry in your home.

Jorge & Marco have been so attentive, reliable and easy to work with through this 7 month process of remodeling the inside of our home.

We started with the bathroom completely gutted and redid entire space . They came out so beautiful and details were to the T! We appreciated the work so much we decided to move forward with more projects for our home such as new flooring &paint, which came out so nice !

Everyone on the team has been so respectful, helpful and personable through this process, and couldn't ask for a better company to work with .

We will definitely be doing more projects and referring to out family/friends . Thank you for being easy and reasonable to work with !

I had to move out of my condo for water damage remediation and abatement to be done. It was so stressful. I decided to do some upgrades since I was already inconvenienced. I reached out to Olympia to have my bedroom carpet replaced with vinyl and to my paint my bedroom post abatement. I needed it done pretty quickly and others told me I wasn't being realistic about it getting done in time. Jorge totally came through for me and was great to work with. Cesar did a phenomenal job with my flooring and painting. I almost forget how stressful it was dealing with the water damage stuff because I am just so happy with the outcome. I will definitely use Olympia for future services.

Had a roof leak and Olympia is who my insurance sent out. They were so friendly and efficient I ended up going with them for the reconstruction instead of my original contractor . Frank the project manager was very great with updates on the project. His team was absolutely amazing ! Super friendly and didn't miss a single detail. Literally built me my dream kitchen !

Very frustrating to try to work with on something that should be so simple, but it really boils down to a lack of communication between dispatch and those in the field. Called on a Friday morning to get a wax ring on a toilet replaced and the person who took my call said they could have someone out today to take a look. I asked if they could fix same-day if it is simple and he said yes, for what my issue is they should be able to fix on the same day. Once the rep came out, he took a look and asked if he could schedule someone for Monday. I let him know that I was told it could be done on the same day and he said he had a job after and may not have the supplies. Regardless, he checked for the supplies and didn't have what he needed (supposedly) so we scheduled for Monday. I asked if I would receive a confirmation call to verify I was scheduled and he said I would.

Come Monday there was no confirmation call so I reached out and confirmed we were still on schedule. They confirmed my times for Monday and said someone would be out. My husband decided to work from home to be ready for them to show up. At 4pm I receive a phone call from a Mexico number while at work saying they couldn't make it and would like to reschedule for Wednesday. I then also received two more calls from other numbers asking to reschedule, but as I was in meetings I sent them to my husband to reach back out. The original 2 that reached out weren't answering and when he called the 3rd number someone picked up and tried to schedule for Wednesday. We decided we would be better off looking for another company at this point since this one seems to have some organizational problems that are preventing them from delivering on their promises. 3 strikes is enough to get the hint that your business isn't being valued, so we're better off finding another company that will be less frustrating to work with. It sounds like they do well with larger jobs and that smaller jobs just don't necessarily get the attention you would expect.

Seli & Javael (DEMO CREW) did a GREAT JOB removing our guest bathtub and tile surround! They put up ample plastic to minimize dust and protect cabinets, using a smart effective method. They finished on time, cleaned up thoroughly, and were a pleasure to work with!

Olympia Services sent Omar to fix a copper pipe leak in my ceiling. He completed the job efficiently. I also had him replace a shut off valve for my sprinkler system. He worked diligently as the job was more involved than anticipated. His pleasant personality was a plus.

They sent out a kid who replaced our water heater before checking to find out that the actual problem was that the propane had run out. He noticed that AFTER it was installed. So did we need a new water heater for 1375.00? We'll never know now!

Then he turned the high pressure water line back on without opening the valves and it popped a pipe, flooding our basement. The water break also soaked the AC vent and it collapsed. Another thing we now have to fix. The owner came out and at first wanted $1800 to fix that ONE PIPE, put in dryer fans.

After some argument he agreed to fix the pipe free and put two drying fans down there, as he knew he should have done. But then he pretended to call the owner (he is the owner) and abruptly changed his mind and left us with no water. Let's just say ""he is not good for his word."" He just walked away angrily and left us with a huge mess. He won't return calls now.

He wouldn't give us his business license or liability insurance company info. They're going to get in trouble for that with the licensing board, but we looked it up so they didn't avoid accountability.

We reported them to the contractor's board and called their liability insurance company to file a claim.

We are still without water in the house.

I was very happy with their professionalism, work ethic and cleanliness. Of all the people that worked on the house, Caesar was above and beyond. He was very friendly, helpful and went out of his way to make sure the job was finished the best it could possibly be done. The supervisor, Frank, was very professional, helpful and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks you to the whole crew, great job. I am very satisfied with the results.

We went through 3 contractors, but John won our confidence and trust. They are a one stop shop, from our water damage in the kitchen to remodeling our beautiful kitchen now. We went through so much with our Automobile Club homeowners, from our deny letter to getting it approved with the help of John, Jorge, Gilbert and their team!! They are Professional, sincere, efficient, and hard working. We can't thank you enough to this team for restoring back our kitchen. For almost 3 months especially during this Covid, they worked professionally and went beyond any company I know! We definitely recommend them to any homeowners out there.
