Great company to do business with. I initially sent out requests to 4 different companies and Olympia Services replied in less than 10 minutes.

The plumber arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem.

My wife and I had spoken to other plumbers within the last year, so we were bracing for an expensive job, but to our surprise, the job cost less than half of what we were expecting.

We were told that it would be 3 working days to complete the job and it was exactly 3 working days before we were able to get back in our house. We have scheduled another job with Olympia Services for a separate issue and we plan to use them for all of our plumbing needs from now on.

Save yourself the time and money and go ahead and call Olympia Services.

After getting a few different estimates for a drain leak, I went with Olympia and was very satisfied with the service I received. Carlos arrived to check out the leak which was misdiagnosed by another contractor. He did a great job of repairing the cracked pipe. After the repair, he did a great job of clean up. I was very satisfied with the service and value provided by Carlos and Olympia. I would surely use them again in the future and recommend them to others. I also became aware that they have multiple specialties which can help greatly when a leak damages your house.

So, it's 6am today, Saturday, and I go down to the garage to get something and notice some water on the floor. I look up and lo and behold there is a wet spot about the size of a dinner plate right NEXT to the light fixture and dripping steadily. Yep, that's definitely not how I planned my day starting. So I whip out the phone and hit up my Yelp app and request a quote. Not even ten minutes later I get my reply from Olympia and they said that they could be out before 8. Of course I'm already trying to talk to my insurance company and let the neighbor know that Houston, we've got a problem.
John and his son arrived first to get it out and get started, and the plumber soon after. They immediately got started prepping the area, moving everything out of the way, and fortunately they pointed out that there was mold in a separate area, which turned out to be a completely different leak. All together it was three leaks so that meant a lot of cutting of dry-wall (about 5 ft by 10 ft) and patching of pipes both in the overhead of the garage and also in my neighbor's house. She's a lovely lady and Olympia is already sending her all the info for her adjuster.
The Olympia team kept me informed the entire time of what was going on, costs involved, how it was all progressing, plus installed heaters and blowers to make sure everything is dried and well-ventilated for when the drywall installers return in a few days to close everything back up. Listen, there are a lot of choices out there but you'll be hard-pressed to find someone that beats this company in terms of speed, price, professionalism, quality of work, and excellent customer service. Do yourself a favor - when you want the best, scratch that, when you NEED the best, call them. You won't regret it.

As a broker associate and residential property manager at Elite Real Estate Services in Chula Vista, CA, I have utilized the restoration services of John and his team at Olympia Services three times this year.
A complete bathroom mold restoration, a burst angle stop creating a bathroom flood and flooding from a burst water heater.
John and his team handled everything including Insurance, tenant coordination, testing and a thorough clean up.
I don't relish needing restoration, but when and if I do, I know I can depend on Olympia Services to get the job done completely.

I talked to Jorge at 9AM, and he was able to get Carlos to come out to our place by 10AM. By 10:30 the clog was fixed. Carlos was a super nice guy, and knowledgeable professional. These guys are great for plumbing needs and I will definitely use them in the future. Much appreciate the quick response and great work!

I have to say Olympia employees and management are awesome! We went to Comic Con and came home to a waterfall coming out of my dining room light fixture. Our plumber fixed the leak and recommended Olympia Plumbing & Drains Water & Restoration. That was the best recommendation we have ever gotten. They were so professional they put on booties on their shoes when they came in and out of my house. They put paper down to protect my wood floors. They explained in detail what was going to happen with the restoration. I had a heating and air conditioner service guy come out for our yearly check up and the guy didn't put on booties on his shoes and you should have seen his dusty shoes. Olympia employees cleaned up after themselves everyday they were here. If you knew me you would that I'm highly critical of everything I don't believe in giving a perfect score because everyone can improve on something. But this company has service down to a science.

Update I loved this company so that I had additional work done.

Overcharged the insurance company, took forever to provide them with sufficient documentation and in general not easy to deal with. Find another company to do your repairs

I call them for remolding of house and make a appointment and one gentle man come to my house and he measure everything and he mention to me with 24 to 48 hours they going to send me
Estimate through email but I never get estimate from them and email as well as phone call too.
Please do not waste your time with them for remolding your house .

Askek them to give me an estimate. They came to take a look and no response since then. 100% Not recommended.
