Company doesn't provide documented inventory or what is packed out for the restoration. They broke items and didn't return some things and returned items that didn't belong to the house. When asked about the mistake, they claim their contract and signature of completion mean it doesn't matter if they made any mistakes They send out crews that speak little to no English and communication is extremely challenging. They took advantage of an 81 year old woman who was extremely vulnerable to these shady dealings. Very disappointed an will definitely address it with the insurance provider and the BBB directly.

Alexis Sandoval, and his team, did a great job helping us when we had a leak at our home. He and everyone involved throughout the process were professional and so easy to work with. They came down to Calexico and were able to help us quickly, efficiently, and without a lot of hassle. They dealt with the damaged areas, helped with the mold, moved out all the furniture while the house was being repaired, and then brought it all back. The process took a lot less time than I expected and everyone at Olympia did their part to make our family feel valued. They also made the process painless, especially since we had never dealt with something like this before. Their customer service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

From the first day, Alexis Sandoval and his team were very efficient and did quality work. I had a flood in my kitchen coming from upstairs. They immediately began the process to dry out my kitchen. Alexis explained every step of the way. His team was always courteous and professional. I would highly recommend for any work needed. I was very satisfied with their work. The Olympia team who sets appointments were all so great! I was very satisfied by the service requested of this company by my homeowners insurance. The value is great too because they didn't delay any process, they didn't skip steps. They made sure it was all thorough work.

Fantastic company. My house flooded and Olympia was one of the firms approved by insurance. Their estimate was prompt and fair, scheduling was fast--two week lead time at a very busy moment--and the work was accomplished really quickly. Communication was always transparent and prompt. In particular, Jorge, Frank, David, and most of all Caesar were exemplary employees. Caesar is the real deal: a fine craftsman, attentive to detail, precise with timing, clear in communication, and devoted to doing a great job. He kept our house clean and went the extra mile to make sure everything was just so. All in all, Olympia made a stressful situation as easy as it could imaginably be. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

We had a sewer pipe leak in our bathroom. They came out promptly. Cele was out first, and was very knowledgeable, considerate and friendly. Joe came out later to do the work and was very professional and respectful as well. We will for sure use Olympia Services for our future plumbing needs and also refer them to our friends and family.

The team that was in charge of demolition and drying out the damaged area were amazing. Alexis was the field supervisor and he did a great job at keeping me informed of everything they were working on. The technicians Saul and Ricardo were extremely fast and O was shocked to see how much they accomplished in such a short time. I really hope I don't run into another situation that requires their demolition team again, but I definitely recommend their services to anyone that needs them.
