As a broker associate and residential property manager at Elite Real Estate Services in Chula Vista, CA, I have utilized the restoration services of John and his team at Olympia Services three times this year.
A complete bathroom mold restoration, a burst angle stop creating a bathroom flood and flooding from a burst water heater.
John and his team handled everything including Insurance, tenant coordination, testing and a thorough clean up.
I don't relish needing restoration, but when and if I do, I know I can depend on Olympia Services to get the job done completely.

I talked to Jorge at 9AM, and he was able to get Carlos to come out to our place by 10AM. By 10:30 the clog was fixed. Carlos was a super nice guy, and knowledgeable professional. These guys are great for plumbing needs and I will definitely use them in the future. Much appreciate the quick response and great work!

I have to say Olympia employees and management are awesome! We went to Comic Con and came home to a waterfall coming out of my dining room light fixture. Our plumber fixed the leak and recommended Olympia Plumbing & Drains Water & Restoration. That was the best recommendation we have ever gotten. They were so professional they put on booties on their shoes when they came in and out of my house. They put paper down to protect my wood floors. They explained in detail what was going to happen with the restoration. I had a heating and air conditioner service guy come out for our yearly check up and the guy didn't put on booties on his shoes and you should have seen his dusty shoes. Olympia employees cleaned up after themselves everyday they were here. If you knew me you would that I'm highly critical of everything I don't believe in giving a perfect score because everyone can improve on something. But this company has service down to a science.

Update I loved this company so that I had additional work done.

Overcharged the insurance company, took forever to provide them with sufficient documentation and in general not easy to deal with. Find another company to do your repairs

I call them for remolding of house and make a appointment and one gentle man come to my house and he measure everything and he mention to me with 24 to 48 hours they going to send me
Estimate through email but I never get estimate from them and email as well as phone call too.
Please do not waste your time with them for remolding your house .

Awesome service!!! Carlos E. did a great job fixing my clogged sink. My sink was clogged on both sides and would shoot out one end when the disposer turned on. Carlos had to cut some piping to find the problem and made new piping. Spent 4 hours fixing the problem and charged me the base price. He was really kind and always cleaned up the area while he worked. True professional. He also modified the piping so I am able to access it better for future maintenance. I will call this company again when needed.

We had a clogged drain pipe, so we yelped and found Olympian Services. This was in the middle of my daughters birthday party on a Sunday. Carlos was our assigned plumber. Problem couldn't be fixed that day and the company didn't charge us. Such a blessing! They referred us to another company that could help with the camera that could detect the problem. Carlos came back out Wednesday after the video detected tree roots where growing in the pipe. We can not express enough gratitude for the service Carlos provided. He truly went above and beyond for our issue. It is because of his great customer service and knowledge that we would recommend Olympian Services. Their pricing was very reasonable, we had their help til our issue was resolved and Carlos represented the company well!
