Fantastically happy with Jim's work! He spent the entire day carefully and thoroughly cleaning the roof, gutters, outside walls, decks and driveway. Our home hasn't looked so good since it was built decades ago. Recommend this personable man to everybody without reservation.

I needed a Quote on pressure washing my fence...Jim showed up on time ..I could tell he was very knowledgeable and recommended I get a new fence instead if pressure washing it..He could have pressure washed it and called it good but he didn't he explained that it would be waste of time because of the condition...He then gave me a few options for the fence..Long story short he replaced my fence and I couldn't be happier

Jim at Olympia Residential Services is fantastic! I called for a bid for pressure washing a house exterior and deck and he went out the SAME DAY to check it out, called back within 3 hours, and waited for us to get back til we got another bid. We hired him on a Friday (his bid was a little less than another company we called; another company didn't even call back), and he was out to start work on the following Monday.

He did everything as he promised: deck and house looked fantastic after his work, he was prompt, friendly, and skilled. We will definitely hire him agin for other exterior work we need completed.

I had a number of downed trees during the February storm, and wasn't sure where to start looking in order to find a good company to cut up all the trees and haul them off. The first company I called (I won't list their name) checked out on the BBB and was listed in a local coupon magazine, but the man that first company sent lectured me about my trees, my insurance and generally talked down to me like ""the little lady."" I decided to keep looking. I asked friends and coworkers for references, and that's when I heard about Olympia Residential Services -- my coworker said they had been using them for years and were very happy. Jim from Oly Residential came out and gave me a competitive bid, was super friendly, and arranged the clean up in a timely process. Now my back yard is back to normal! I also had them pressure wash my deck while they were here to get ready for summer. I would absolutely reccommend this company.
