There's absolutely no better plumber than the owner himself who is a master plumber but the rest of his crew are top notch. I I won't even go into how many times he has saved me at all hours of the night when a tenant has an issue. Forget all other routers plumbers whatever they wanna call them selves go here!

Horrible service. Horrible waste of our time.

Friday morning the angle stop under our kitchen sink blew off and started leaking. We shut off the water to the house and called Annica to which she stated they could come out Monday, then said hold on maybe Raul can come by today. And he did, but when he arrived he said he didn't have the part and refused to go get it. He left us high and dry. Literally no water for the weekend.

Annika then said over the phone, i can send someone out Monday to make this right. Monday came and we waited 4 hours for them to show. No customer service, they didnt answer the phone. Nothing.

we finally got ahold of Raul 4 hours after they were scheduled to arrive and he told us they weren't coming the job was to small.

i have no words for this. Do not use this company, they could careless about your business.

Just had Olsons out to our home. We were draining slowly in our sinks and toilets. They snaked the kitchen after checking the cesspool, clean outs etc. it was pouring rain on them and they kept on working. Very nice guys, efficient, great service in& out within 1 hr. Excellent rates too!!

Joanna was so incredibly unhelpful and Ceasar, the technician? was way late even after his two-hour? window (12-2 and they call and say he'll be here hopefully by 4!). They don't really seem to care to much about customer service and being respectful of my time. I had to call the office three times and was met with the same indifference even with being two hours late. I cancelled the service and will NEVER depend on them again. Oh by the way I made the appointment two days ago. Bye bye Olson's Rooter Service

We had used Olson's regularly for years and were very pleased with the service. Recently we had two back ups in just over a month. Olsons told us that the pipes were getting old and we agreed. They came out with a camera (not cheap) to confirm and take measurements for new piping. For some reason, they just never gave us a quote for the required work. We called multiple times asking for a quote, but nothing. The irony is that we weren't even going to get multiple quotes as we trusted them. Business must be good.

We awoke on April 12 to discover that we had a classic slab leak where our aging galvanized water supply pipe to the house had failed, The first vendor who came to survey the site quoted $27,000. Honestly. $27,000. They also said it would take 5-7 days and result in a great deal of concrete being jack hammered and the destruction of our vegetable planters. The second vendor quoted about $11,000. Luckily me neighbor across the street recommended Olson's as he had used them before on several occasions.

Although it was now late in the day, Raul from Olson's came over, surveyed what needed to be done, assured us he could easily burrow under a concrete area that vendor #1 was going to decimate, have it done in 2.5 days once he started....and all for 1/5th the price of vendor #1.

Uh,.....wow.

In the, Raul and his team were great: prompt, meticulous, gracious, and extremely nice. When my wife had a question about where the leak may have been coming from they went under the house to assure here that it was not there, but they DID find that our kitchen sink drain PVC was ruptured. They repaired that piece and snaked the drain.....and that never appeared on their bill). We also asked them to please upgrade our sprinkler control supply form PVC to copper. That work was thorough and exacting and made far better than I had imagined.

They handled all permits and inspections, provided copies of all documents and were consummate professionals throughout the entire project.

I would unhesitatingly use Olson's again and recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of work.

I have a 1940's business building with original galvanized water supply lines that were still intact and functioning OK until August 2015. Developed a water leak under the concrete driveway one early morning and called Olson's Rooter (formerly Butchs Old Time Plumbing) and they came out same day in the afternoon to check it out. I already knew if a problem like this developed, I was going to be in for a somewhat major repair.

Raul first offered a simple repair of the original line where it was leaking, but after discussing repiping options with him, I decided to go with all new Copper lines. He started that afternoon, and came back next day with 3 other workers and finished up the job in the late afternoon.

For the most part it was all a simple, exposed pipe installation (other than under the concrete), but by the looks of the connections, quality fittings, and cleanliness of the finished product, it is a very professional and well done job. Most plumbing is completely hidden behind walls and such, so it was nice to see such quality work throughout.

All good Plumbers are expensive, but not all of them are as reputable as Olson's. His bill was commensurate with the job, and I was not over-billed on the labor hours (I kept track too).
I am very pleased and would recommend them highly!

We had a bathtub that wasn't draining on a Wednesday evening at 9 pm. Didn't really know who to call so we took a chance with Olson's Rooter Service. Wendy in the office was very friendly - gave us a quote and informed us that a technician would be there within the hour. He arrived 20 minutes later - took care of the problem and that was that - no up sells or other nonsense. Now we know who to call! ;)

Olson's Rooter Service Rocks!

I've used them for years as I live in a 1925 house with old pipes that regularly get blocked with roots.

I had a major problem over the weekend -- none of my drains were actually draining. I called them on Monday morning, left a message and Wendy called me back immediately to schedule an appointment. She said the plumbers would arrive between 9am and 11am. Cesar & Rafael arrived at 9am on the dot! They were friendly, knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. Within an hour, all of my sinks were draining beautifully! I couldn't be more pleased or grateful.

Great job, great service, great company. I will continue to use them as necessary, and recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors.
