Had a sink drain clog (turned out to be old garbage disposal build-up in the trap) and our usual plumber was booked for days. Called Olson's and they were there in literally 20 minutes. Alex was friendly, professional, safe (wore mask), a good communicator, and resolved our issue quickly. Could have also replaced the garbage disposal on the spot if we wanted the service and at my request he walked through the options, but he wasn't pushy or biased. Would highly recommend, and will be our go-to next time. Thanks!!

We had a low water pressure issue in the house that was lingering for months. Had two plumbers come out to diagnose the problem. The 1st plumber said we needed to replace our tankless water heater. Cost? Quoted $4,000. We called a 2nd plumber for a 2nd opinion. Said we needed to replace the tankless water heater, replace the pipes connecting the house to the water main and also install a pressure regulator (He claimed we didn't have an existing pressure regulator and that we would benefit from one being installed). Cost? Quoted $7,500 for the water heater and $1,500 for the other work. NO THANKS.

Finally, we called Olson's Plumbing. Richard spent a grand total of 30 seconds before diagnosing the problem and proposing the solution: replace the existing pressure regulator (a tiny fraction of the cost proposed by the 1st two plumbers). Within 30 minutes or less, the pressure regulator was replaced and the water pressure was back to normal in the house. Problems fixed!!! Both Richard and Marco (aka ""Gordo"") were absolutely incredible. They were professional, cordial, and sincere. We are so relieved and happy that we found Olson's Plumbing, our new plumber for all future work and referrals. Big thanks to Richard and Marco for such amazing service and most importantly, for giving us peace of mind.

I had a drain that simply would not. My shower, bathroom sink and toilet were just stopped up. Marco came out and worked for an hour to unplug it. He took copious amounts of hair out, and got the sink draining, but it was apparent that there was something else going on. Richard came out and confirmed I had a broken cast iron pipe. We scheduled a day for them to come and they jackhammered up the bathroom floor, replaced the pipe and re-cemented the foundation, all in one day. They were professional, extremely competent, and completed it all with a smile and reassurances along the way that it was all going to work out. Amazing group of professionals that I would hire again in a heartbeat!

These guys are awesome! I accidentally knocked a deodorant stick off the counter into the toilet as it was flushing. I made a frantic call just before closing time hoping to get assistance given only there is only one toilet in the house. I was told they would get me on the schedule within hours, and they arrived just before 7PM and took care of the issue. The plumbers were funny, kind and quick with the work, and I am so grateful! Special shout out to Lil Marco for his prowess with the toilet auger - he rocked it !

I called at 10:30am about my slooooow draining tub. They showed up at 12:05 for their 12-2pm window. It took 30 seconds for them to discover the gasket on the drain plug had broken and I just needed to remove it and replace the rubber gasket so the water could flow properly. No charge! Amazing!

I hate to write this 5 star review because they're already so incredibly busy sometimes it's hard to get them to take a job on short notice. But oh, man... when they do accept a job it will exceed all of your expectations. The prices are not the cheapest but they clearly know more then your average plumber. Their work is always on time, quickly done, cleanly done, and very quality work. Ask for Richard, he's one of the owners and one helluva plumber.

If you own a mobile home, and having difficulty finding a plumber, Paul is the man. He and his apprentice did an excellent job for my friends place. Both bathrooms bathtub knobs were loose, and faucets were leaking in both tubs. Paul made first visit free of charge, and instructed my friend to buy the correct parts for the job. Once the parts were bought, he returned for the job. No more mold in the bathrooms because of continuous leaking of bathtubs. Mobile homes have different parts, than residential homes, and can require different tools also. Paul has the experience, and is the man, call him.

I called Olson's plumbing after spending 1 1/2 hrs plunging a clogged toilet. We tried every internet hack we could find....nothing worked. They gave me a window of 20-minutes to 2 hours from time of call to show up; they were there in less than 1 hour. They asked a few questions and quoted me a price. It took me longer for me to write the check than it did for them to unclog the toilet. Fast, super friendly. I can't express my happiness for my new found plumbing service.

Richard was at my house within 2 hours of me calling. He and Alex used the camera to thoroughly assess the pipes and drains. Richard took the time to show me everything, explained what he saw, and answered all my questions. He is now my plumber for life, and I am very grateful for his expertise and honesty. My shower drain was clogged. I cleaned out some of the hair that was clogging up the drain by using one of those drain hair cleaning tools. The drain was still plugged. So I tried Drano Gel. That worked a little bit. I then tried Green Gobbler. That also worked somewhat, but the drain was still plugged.
Next up was Olsen plumbing. I called late Thursday for a Friday appointment. They showed up on time and Alejandro was able to snake the drain and clear out the plug in around 30 minutes. Great service!
