We had been underwhelmed by the plumbers we had tried in the past. They either didn't return calls, didn't entirely fix the problem, and/or charged an excessive amount of money for their services.

The whole experience with Olson's, from the initial call to resolution of the issue, was exceptional. They had someone available in our area and he arrived at our home incredibly quickly.

Marco is amazing! He is personable, knowledgeable, and has a great work ethic. Best of all he is honest, which is not always easy to find these days. He explains the issues thoroughly, and the fees were not exorbitant.

I had a plugged toilet, called Olson's at around 10 am and got a call back in less than 20 minutes. Marco Burciaga arrived at about 11am. He tried snaking the line which worked somewhat, but it looked like the toilet was shot too. Marco fixed me up with a brand new toilet and by 1pm it was all taken care of. Marco was clean, polite and efficient. This company is honest and will take care of you.

Our toilet was draining very slowly. I made an appointment and Marco came a little earlier then the appointment. He gave me a quote to snake the toilet and quickly had my toilet flushing properly again. He gave me recommendations for the future. He even checked a second toilet I thought was leaking and told me if it continues to have problems he'll come back and see what the cause is. Thank you Marco.

I cannot more sincerely recommend Paul/Alex and the team at Olsons when you need plumbing services. Woke up this morning to a completely plugged mainline. Called Olsons at 7:30 and Paul and Alex were on site within an hour. After doing a quick assessment they got to work. They were very careful about protecting surfaces during their work and despite it being a very tough clean out (65 Year old pipes that apparently has never been cleaned ) they stood by their fair quoted price got it knocked out in about 90 minutes. I am 100% satisfied and would certainly use them again for any plumbing needs.

Our water heater went out today and i called and Marco and Alex were out to my house on no time to drain the water out and see everything they needed to get to replace it. They went to do some other jobs they had already scheduled to do and came back later and finished the job in no time. They have done other work for us before and I highly recommend them. Prices are very good too.

Mark arrived at 930 with a huge smile and
Greeting. He quickly assessed the problem, gave me an estimate and within 20 minutes my plumbing problems were gone. I'm sure my neighbors will ask how he did and I have business card to share, because he did a wonderful job!!!
