My kitchen sink drain was clogged (something I've been putting off on doing) to the point where when you turned on the garbage disposal water was coming up from from the other sink basin except this time it didn't go down. I called Olson's Plumbing and Rooter and they scheduled a plumber to come out between 8am and 10am. Alex called first thing in the morning and said that he may be there closer to 10am. He called again at 9:07am and said he was on his way. Alex was super nice and unclogged my drain within a few minutes. He made sure everything was working properly and also pointed out that the drain pipe under one of the basins was leaking and needed to be replaced. I let him know that will be my next project :). Alex was also kind enough to answer a lot of my questions about replacing the water pipes in the house. When I have this done I will go with Olson's Plumbing and Rooter. I would highly recommend Olson's Plumbing and Rooter for your plumbing needs.

Olson's Plumbing and Rooter saved the day for us today! We had been working with a different plumber for the past week (Olson Superior Plumbing, which I know this company gets confused for at times because of the similar names). Our initial plumber was repeatedly extending our job (fixing a laundry drainage issue), saying they needed to come back day after day to work on it, and adding incurring charges for us. Eventually, we were told we needed an $800+ hydro-jet procedure to fix a clogged pipe.

At this point, we called Olson's Plumbing and Rooter for a second opinion. Over the phone, they were immediately able to propose what they thought a solution would be and provided a specific quote. They were at our house in 30 minutes and the issue was completely solved after an hour. What was originally going to cost us nearly a grand with a different plumber cost us $165 with Olson's Plumbing. We found them very trustworthy and knowledgeable, and will be using them for continued plumbing work at our home.

We had a leak at the base of our downstairs toilet. I called Olson's Plumbing and Marco came out to make repairs in less than 2 hours. It took him about an hour to pull and reseat the toilet with brand new double wax rings. Cleaned up and recaulked the toilet base. Amazing service for $250. I would highly recommend a call to them prior to hiring a plumber.

I called Olson's Plumbing at around 7:45 am and Marco answered. I told him we had a stopped up toilet in the master bath. He told me up front the cost would be $165 but if the clog was connected to the shower it might be more, so I was happy he let me know this. He told me he could be at my house between 10:00-12:00 and he showed up at 11:45 with a big smile on his face and was very professional. He fixed the toilet within 10 minutes. I was impressed that he could be there so quickly and diagnosed the problem so fast. Very happy with Marco! I will be using Olson's Plumbing in the future. Thank you Marco!
