Installed a toilet that has been leaking. Called ALL DAY Sunday and left messages with NO response. Called Monday and was told that no one was in the office Sunday to answer the phone. Funny your website and vans say 24/7. Then I finally get called back and get set up from 3pm - 5pm. No call / No show / Not answering their phones. This is absolutely awful service especially for a company whose slogan is ""People over Plumbing"".

Our food disposal didn't work. I can hear a humming sound coming from but the motor didn't move at all. Anthony called us and he explained every step to fix the disposal specifically. We were thinking about replacing it for over $600, he saved us! I cost nothing! He is just amazing and nice and super kind! 100% recommend!

Just had another plumber go out to our condo and the cost to yank the toilet off and provide a video of the drainage lines is going to be $750! So, thanks Olson Superior Plumbing for costing me an extra $750 because of your negligence in not providing the video as promised and not refunding us money for losing the video that was taken.

We had used Olson for repiping our whole house with Pex A, installation of a whole house filter, and an area drain install a few months ago. Eric T was my initial contact and was very responsive to all my numerous questions. Jose and his team repiped the house. Their drywall patch guy Rafael patched up the walls after passing city inspection. Everybody in the team was so pleasant to deal with and on time that we chose to pick them over two major local competitors who gave me a few hundred dollars cheaper quotes. They accommodated my request to label drywalls they'd need to cut into--making the walls ready for a third-party asbestos abatement company to take care of.

Fast forward to today.
I contacted Olson's office yesterday to help me troubleshoot a brand new shower valve installed by my general contractor. The valve cartridge seems to be leaking water (dripping tub spout) and my preferred plumber (who has helped fix our issues in the past) could not fix it despite two visits. Olson's office rep Emilie called me back and scheduled me for first thing today with Luis Barrios. I'm glad I got Luis' fresh pair of eyes to look and diagnose what could be the issue. When I asked Luis to educate me on the parts and tools I need to do this myself next time, he was patient and friendly. He left after about 30 minutes and no water drip from the tub spout since! I am ecstatic that I found another reputable service plumber in my area! Thanks, Olson Team, for being so pleasant and helpful to deal with!

Called Olson to repair water leaks on two outside water faucets which were repaired satisfactorily. They were also asked to repair a leaking shower head in one of the bathrooms. The technician informed me he was unable to locate the part however would try additional suppliers and contact me the following day. Never heard back. Called Olson to follow-up 2 days later. They indicated the technician would contact me that day. Never heard from anyone. Followed up yet again and was given the same song and dance. No response. Called Ted and Bros Plumbing based in Anaheim. They found the part and are fixing it now.

Olson Superior Plumbing is an amazing company! Here's the reason why I'm giving them five stars!
1. When I initially made the phone call the representative was kind, answered all of my questions, responsive and ethical.
2. Luis Barrios is an amazing plumber. He was honest, gave me a few quotes that were reasonable, knowledgeable about the different types of water heaters that were compatible to my condo. Luis completed the work with precision. He did not rush the job he took his time and explained how the water heater worked. Luis explained the process of getting a rebate based on the type of water heater I purchased. I believe good hard-working individuals need to be recognized for their exceptional work and that was Luis!!
3. Olson's expertise are in water heaters and if you're looking to purchase a water heater along with having it installed go with this company. They are ethical with their pricing and service.
4. Olson did a fantastic job with purchasing the water heater today, going out and getting parts when needed and installing it all in one day. I'm lucky that these parts and water heater were available.
5. Olsen did a fantastic job taking away the old water heater and materials and boxes needed to install.
