I am a property manager. I had called with a very short notice on a Saturday, because I was able to schedule with our own vendors with such a short time window. Jacob responded right away, actually he called me back in a few minutes, didn't even left a message. He was able to send one of the technician in a few hours for a reason price.
Lyle was the technician came over. He was on time and he texted me about his arrival. Well equipped, also very experienced and knowledgeable, asked a lot of very important questions before doing the diagnostic testing, which I know most plumbers don't. He was able to resolve the problem and patient enough to go through and explain the reasons and he also gave me some preventative advances. I highly recommend Olson Superior Plumbing and I will add them to my vendor list for sure.

We had a repipe done from this company about 9 months ago. They first came out for leak detection, quickly told us we had a slab leak, and offered services on a repipe. They came out quickly and repiped in a day. The prices were a bit high (around 7k for 1 story/2ba for pex) as I've seen prices moderately to significantly lower in home advisory magazines and online. But we were led to believe it was urgent and waiting to browse around wouldn't be prudent. Plus a pricy leak detection test from them would negate some savings. The plumbers tried to take a lot of copper piping they removed with them, and we had to almost argue with them to get it back (copper is very $). They also had to come back as some of the caulking was incomplete and shelves weren't reinstalled. I'd say they are alright in an emergency as they were swift, but I'd take more time to browse around if I had more time.

I had a pretty complex issue with a freestanding tub where the jets stopped working. I must have called a dozen plumbers, and nobody wanted to touch this thing...until I called Olson Superior Plumbing. They came and offered a free estimate. Phil really took his time to understand the situation, and despite having a suggested remedy from the tub manufacturer, he went above and beyond to find a better solution. I'm really impressed.
