We woke up to find a mess of toppled-over boxes and broken glass in our garage one morning. A leak in our 70 gallon water heater tank had wreaked some havoc over night. I called Olson Superior Plumbing and ordered a new tankless water heater. Garett and Zach removed the old tank and installed the new tankless water heater before the end of the day. In addition to the installation, they checked the plumbing around the house and adjusted our water pressure regulator which was almost certainly causing problems. Garett and Zach are clearly masters of their craft. We learned a lot, and it was a pleasure doing business with them.

First off I will say that the two guys who came and reran my water pipes did an awesome job.

Problem was charged more than my quote, $1300 more. Whether the guy messed up I don't know. For sure my written quote was way less and I was told the quote was only to run one pipe even though the quote did say for hot and cold pipe. I gave them the benifite of the doubt and agree to pay the so said extra $1000 for the added cold pipe. Then I was charged $300 for a leak test that I said from the get go I don't need as I know where the leak is and I want the pipes reran anyway so for sure I don't need a leak test.

Long story short left messages and of course no one replied. I forget plumbers are on the same plain as used car salesman and will gouge you any opportunity they get as it usually in tells an emergency.

Shame. Great job but felt ripped off.

I made an appointment with Olson Plumbing because my garbage disposal suddenly stopped working. Within 24 hours they had a tech at my door! Josh was so amazing he even showed me how all the parts underneath the sink worked (I had no idea lol) and helpful tips/tricks just in case this happened again. Our entire experience has been fantastic. Eric was very responsive on Yelp while trying to get a plumber for the first time. Very informative with just a few photos. Olson Superior Plumbing acted extremely quickly and overall was very reasonably priced. After we agreed to our job, they had someone sent out the next day. Garrett came on time, and accurately accessed the situation. I was getting an external gas line put in, split off from my oven. My situation worked out perfectly for this installation and he had everything with him. Everything went extremely smooth and Garrett had an amazing personality. It turns out I got sent the wrong model of gas grill but, thankfully Garrett had an extra hose and adapter he gave me to get me fully set up. Looking forward to using Olson Superior Plumbing for all my needs!
