8:55 a.m. contacted Olsen Plumbing and Heating to have a technician stop by and inspect pilot light on furnace. Advised that the call was fourth (4th) in line and would be contacted by 12:00 (noon) if the technician was running late.

12:00 (noon) No Phone Call.

2:44 p.m. Spouse contacted Olsen Plumbing and Heating and was advised that they HAD NO RECORD OF THE PHONE CALL. How convenient.

DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I hired them because I had a couple people tell me that they like em. Unfortunately my experience was not so great. The Tech showed up on time with his trainee and both looked presentable which is awesome these days. The tech took one look at the bath/shower fixture and immediately started acting as if it was something from outer space. (It was just an exposed shower unit) basically has a couple more valves & connections than a standard shower assembly (most of which were already assembled) he had to drill one hole in the tile and tinker with the shower supply line a little but other than that pretty straight forward. it took him 4 hours which is way too long in my opinion. (I am a contractor and have done commercial plumbing in the past) .....BUT WHAT REALLY SET ME OFF IS WHEN HE WAS DONE BEFORE NOON AND SITS IN THE VAN FOR 20 MINUTES, COMES BACK IN AT 12:12 AND TRYS TO CHARGE ME FOR A HALF HOUR EXTRA LABOR STATING WITH ATTITUDE THAT "" Well We don't charge by the minute. We round up"" SO I ENDED UP PAYING APPROXIMATELY $550.00 for a slightly unique shower fixture to be installed by a hustler with an attitude. DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

We were not impressed. We were contacted by Olson and they said they could come out early to give us an estimate on a new hot water heater. They came! But, we were told that they needed to look into ordering a smaller hot water heater and they would come the following day to look into it further. They never came-there was never a follow-up call-we never heard from them again. We were willing to pay this company over $1500 for a new hot water heater. Guess we weren't a priority. Or perhaps this company is so big that they don't need our business. My suggestion is to find a company that actually cares about you and follows through.

Horrible employees seemed inept and could cate less about their job. Over charge people for the subpar service they provide but can afford to buy brand new cars for themselves. There is a reason they only have 3 stars, please stay far away from this company!

I've used Olson when I was facility manager for a large building, and for my home. Their service has been quick and well-done, even with the unpredictability of repairs and requirements. They are also well-stocked with ideas for prevention and maintenance, and happy to share their knowledge. The schedulers have also been invariably cheerful and competent, even when things are busy and they are obviously overloaded.
Highly recommended.

I called olson plumbing I had to wait for 6 days for them to come out in snake my sink. When they came out he had to use 3 different snakes and then when he left here there was to roots in the lines but there was no way to check it I had to wait a week to use my sink. He had asked if I could leave the dishwasher out the middle of the floor and tell they came back to fix the sink. I told him no. When the second plumber came out to up grade the pipes as the prior owner used silicone to attach the pipes to the cast iron. I had to wait once again for the pipes to let the pipes dry. I waited 14 hours to use the dishwasher. I still had a clog . The water was backing up into the sink . I called them back out to re snake it . He got all the roots out. I didn't get charged but I wanted to get all the pipes cleaned out so I once again had to reschedule to have them come out. 9 days to snake out to the street

I'm perhaps their smallest customer but you'd think I was a big fish the way they take care of me. I've used them a few times, always with outstanding service.

But recently, we had near zero temperatures when our very old furnace gave way in our building. They came out within hours but the outdated part needed to be ordered and took a few days. They managed to do a temporary fix to keep the unit nice and warm.

Olson Plumbing and Heating is the best! I highly recommend Olson!

My experience with Olson Plumbing & Heating was beyond AMAZING - My water heater broke on Thursday and I had a replacement installed by Friday evening. Olson's office staff was so nice and understanding that I had no hot water. The guys that came to install my new water heater were uber professional, showed up in masks, courteous and and respectful of my house. Don't waste your time calling around town for your water heater needs. Just start your process immediately with Olson Plumbing & Heating. You'll be a happy customer too!

You're not ""unable"" to service a mobile home, you refuse to service a large percentage of the population. There is a difference. Either way, you're worthless to me and I cannot recommend your services to anyone.

Rude customer service plus a heating emergency for a senior citizen and you can't come until 2 days later? Absolutely poor. Called someone else and they had availability within a few hours.
