Olson Plumbing continues to provide quality work and updated our pressure regulator with a new brass shutoff valve backed with a warranty. We are pleased with their work and relieved our water pressure is at a normal psi.

I had Olsen Plumbing out in 2022 to replace several items on a newly purchased rental property. I can't believe I didn't leave a review at that time. They were fantastic. We went through the property inspection report and fixed or replaced several items. At first, they replaced the water heater and pressure regulator. Throughout the months I worked on the property, they fixed a leak by the washer and bathroom tub. They replaced service lines and valves under the sinks and by the toilets and corrected a water valve for the refrigerator ice maker. They disconnected and reinstalled kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal. They are very knowledgeable in the business. Their quality of work was excellent. They were always on time and their price was reasonable. I'm truly grateful for their service and would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing needs. Thank you.

Highly recommend Olson Plumbing. Jeff Olson completed a water heater replacement for me in Victorville. They showed up on time, completed the job promptly, did excellent work and didn't skip anything. They charged as estimated with no up-sell surprises. They left the job site clean and hauled away the old tank. They had a great attitude, always friendly and professional. This is not the typical experience I have had with other plumbers. Our water heater began leaking, and it was at risk of breaking through - meaning our garage would have flooded had it continued. In other words, an emergency. I didn't really know who to call and randomly tried another company in Victorville. No sense of urgency, earliest help days later, etc. I next called Olson Plumbing and Leak Detection, and they were here within an hour, and two hours later, had picked up a new water heater, installed it, walked us through how to manage it, were friendly and professional throughout, and offered really great service (something that doesn't really happen very often in California). I will definitely both recommend and use Olson again. They were absolutely great. Thank you both for the great service!

We called about one of our toilets being highly pressurized and asked if there was a cost for them to come check it out. They said there would not be, but once they got here they charged us $100 for diagnostics without advance warning.

I wouldn't have a problem with this, but they didn't do anything except turn the supply stop valve slightly, and that in turn caused an additional noise to be made at the toilet, and didn't reduce the pressure in the toilet lines - just made it take longer to fill up - but the pressure was still there when it filled.

At the end of the day, we still don't have a solution. We have one highly pressurized bathroom and two normal ones, and we are out $100 bucks. If the charges would have been laid out in advance, that would have been fine and we could have made an informed decision. But, they were not - just be aware.

Leaving 2 stars because they did help us to know what some of the noises throughout the house were and potential solutions for those.

Olson Family your the best! They came into my home for the second time to fix a water leak and before they began they smelled a gas leak that they fixed and didn't charge me for, what chivalry. I hope to have you guys as our family plumbers for life.

The Olson team did great work! We called multiple plumbers to get our Water Softener installed and had one come out. When the plumber came out we noticed out pressure regulator leaking and the guys quoted us $4500 to fix the regulator and install the water softener. We knew these prices weren't in line with the market as we already had the plumbing for the water softener in place. We immediately called the Olsen team out and they arrived within 45 minutes. We informed them about the leak and let them know we wanted our softener installed. Right out the gate, Jeff instinctively took apart the regulator and fixed the issue within minutes and without needing to replace the pressure regulator and said ""That was for free"". He quoted a fair price to install the softener and we felt comfortable with their plumbing knowledge and decided to do business with them. They installed it perfectly! I used a water softener tester and it came in at 0. Their customer service was so great, Jeff then followed up the next day to verify everything was working smoothly, much appreciated. I will be doing all my plumbing business with the Olson Plumbing.
