Our water heater began leaking, and it was at risk of breaking through - meaning our garage would have flooded had it continued. In other words, an emergency. I didn't really know who to call and randomly tried another company in Victorville. No sense of urgency, earliest help days later, etc. I next called Olson Plumbing and Leak Detection, and they were here within an hour, and two hours later, had picked up a new water heater, installed it, walked us through how to manage it, were friendly and professional throughout, and offered really great service (something that doesn't really happen very often in California). I will definitely both recommend and use Olson again. They were absolutely great. Thank you both for the great service!

We called about one of our toilets being highly pressurized and asked if there was a cost for them to come check it out. They said there would not be, but once they got here they charged us $100 for diagnostics without advance warning.

I wouldn't have a problem with this, but they didn't do anything except turn the supply stop valve slightly, and that in turn caused an additional noise to be made at the toilet, and didn't reduce the pressure in the toilet lines - just made it take longer to fill up - but the pressure was still there when it filled.

At the end of the day, we still don't have a solution. We have one highly pressurized bathroom and two normal ones, and we are out $100 bucks. If the charges would have been laid out in advance, that would have been fine and we could have made an informed decision. But, they were not - just be aware.

Leaving 2 stars because they did help us to know what some of the noises throughout the house were and potential solutions for those.

Olson Family your the best! They came into my home for the second time to fix a water leak and before they began they smelled a gas leak that they fixed and didn't charge me for, what chivalry. I hope to have you guys as our family plumbers for life.

The Olson team did great work! We called multiple plumbers to get our Water Softener installed and had one come out. When the plumber came out we noticed out pressure regulator leaking and the guys quoted us $4500 to fix the regulator and install the water softener. We knew these prices weren't in line with the market as we already had the plumbing for the water softener in place. We immediately called the Olsen team out and they arrived within 45 minutes. We informed them about the leak and let them know we wanted our softener installed. Right out the gate, Jeff instinctively took apart the regulator and fixed the issue within minutes and without needing to replace the pressure regulator and said ""That was for free"". He quoted a fair price to install the softener and we felt comfortable with their plumbing knowledge and decided to do business with them. They installed it perfectly! I used a water softener tester and it came in at 0. Their customer service was so great, Jeff then followed up the next day to verify everything was working smoothly, much appreciated. I will be doing all my plumbing business with the Olson Plumbing.

These guys are amazing.. they were very quick to respond and get out here. They helped us so much, even when we had to purchase our new electric tankless water heater Cody advised us on each step. For a plumbing leak in our home, I called Olson Plumbing to get a second opinion and estimate. They responded quickly to my Yelp message, I then contacted them via phone and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. They arrived when they said that they would, they were professional and seemed very knowledgeable. Their estimated price was good, less than the first company that gave us an estimate. Unfortunately, we learned that a deposit that we had paid for another company to start a job, was unrefundable. Had I been able to get our deposit back, I would have chosen Olson Plumbing. The OTHER company was not on time for anything, among other issues.

These guys are on it! I called, the associate that answered was very polite and accommodating. The guys that showed up were very nice, knowledgeable, and very accommodating.

They fixed our busted pipe very efficiently and effectively for a reasonable price. They outmatched every single company I called and seem to be very customer oriented.

I would highly recommend Olson plumbing to anyone that likes a company that cares about their customers and does efficient work for a reasonable price.

During a rainy Apple Valley day I noticed a stream of water in my back patio and thought hmmmm maybe my gutters are full? I went to investigate and followed the water to my water heater closet. When I opened the water heater closet there was water spraying everywhere and gushing out the door. I panicked and went on yelp to find a good emergency plumber and came across Olson Plumbing. When I called I got Jeff as I described my issue he calming walked me through how to shut off my water heater. I was standing in a flood of water getting showered on couldn't twist the handle well but he encouraged me to keep turning it will give and then keep turning as it takes a while to turn off. I eventually got the water to shut off. Jeff and Cody were at my home within an hour and repaired a broken water heater hose. They were prompt (even called before scheduled time and ask to come early), very knowledgeable and professional. The price for repair was great and I will definitely use them in the future.

A representative from Hesperia Water District came to the house to say our meter was running nonstop. We did troubleshooting wherever we could by shutting off water to the house, the toilets, the irrigation system....everything. We called one plumbing company but they said we needed leak detection which they didn't offer, so we zeroed in on Olson Plumbing and Leak Detection. Their website said there was no charge for leak detection, so we figured we couldn't lose.

Not only were the two brothers Cody and Jeff at our house within 40 minutes, but they spent two hours searching every tap, wall, and pipe....to no avail.

They finally started checking water pressure at hose bibs because there were no leaks to be found and lo and behold, one was registering 130+ psi which pinpointed a blown pressure regulator.

The two brothers kept assuring us that they wouldn't quit until they'd diagnosed our problem and they weren't kidding. They got the city's water meter to quit spinning and we got a professional repair without having to even pay for all their diagnostic work.

Since they'd scoured our house from top to bottom looking for leaks, we're now making plans for a bathtub to shower conversion since they do work like that too.

Prompt, friendly, tenacious, knowledgeable, and professional, these brothers are our plumbers for life!

I spent 45 minutes on hold waiting for Hesperia Water District to tell us how they knew there was a problem at the house, and I was told it was because our water bill was so high. The next day our 2 month water bill posted in email.....$5,000! You read it right FIVE THOUSAND dollars. Water is liquid gold in the High Desert. Now we throw ourselves on the mercy of the City of Hesperia regarding the bill and hope the bulk of the water trickled back into the aquifer.

So I called to see if they could come out and fix a busted pipe in our backyard. Cody spoke to my husband and he explained the situation and they came out within the hour.
Cody and Jeff came out and fixed the problem in about 45 minutes very through in their findings and explained the issue. Both very friendly and honest, would highly recommend!!
